The Americans don't pay much attention too it. And when it finally became famous, the US were already dropped out of the cup.
Excuse me? Don't you get involved in this. Considering I'm the only who kept your little thread here going for so long, I think you better be replacing that :thefinger with a .
Apparently MLS is fielding an All Star team to play Manchester United. That's going to end well.
That's a great idea. When Manchester pounds the shit out of them it will just prove what everyone already knows; how bad MLS really is. Good move.
Someone please tell my why I am watching Toronto Vs. Philadelphia right now? I seem to be the only one. Stadium is half empty.
The MLS aren't THAT bad, but they're no Man U or Chelsea.
Man U is a excellent squad but they wont embarrass the MLS all stars. Man U isnt fielding their first team and is missing many of their star players such as Rooney, Ferdinand and Vidic. Sir Alex has even said that out of all the games they will be playing on their North American tour the game against the MLS all stars will be the toughest. You're selling MLS short as they aren't as bad as you think.
You should watch Tottenham Hotspsur vs. SJ Earthquakes, should be a good game.
So what your saying is MLS is gonna lose to MU's 2nd string but they won't get crushed. How is this a better scenario than getting destroyed by MU's first string?
I don't see the MLS all stars getting crushed if they lose. In fact, I can see them winning this game. Remember this an exhibition game so Man U isnt going to go all out, they are using these games as warm ups for the up coming season so they are going to be playing alot of different players to see what they have.

That's exactly what I'm saying. They're not going to get MU's best so if they win it doesn't mean anything and if they lose it means they stink. :dunno:
This is what was said when the U.S. beat Spain in South Africa last year. The victory didn't mean anything. That's exactly what I'm saying. They're not going to get MU's best so if they win it doesn't mean anything and if they lose it means they stink. :dunno:
