i was unaware i hated the brits! altho i do hear a lot of shit talking from people about europeans in general i suppose...lots of people i've met seem to think every country in europe is exactly the same (as in a unified culture/political entity)...i suppose lots of europeans probably think the u.s. is all the same too i suppose

Part of the reason I thought of this thread was because I read that English were in a state of "revulsion" when American's had purchased EPL teams that had a rich history in Britain. It was prett funny actually, I thought. :1orglaugh

There's some pretty fine fishing industry coming out of Superior. They have some small shacks up there lakeside that smoke some Trout that is world class. I like to get up there when I can. The Scandinavian cuisine up here is good eats as well. I think Bobby Flay is the quintisential American cook. He makes a lot of burgers and so on.
