Velvet Sky Wants Lita

On Twitter, Velvet Sky was asked to name which woman which she would like wrestle that she hasn't before. She replied, "Lita!!!"

The TNA Knockout has stated in the past that Lita inspired her to enter the world of professional wrestling.

Sky also noted that she won't be appearing on iMPACT! Wrestling until next week's show.

Russo & Hogan Involved In Heated Argument

TNA Wrestling head writer Vince Russo and Hulk Hogan engaged in a heated argument last Sunday at Hardcore Justice regarding the finish to the World Heavyweight Championship Match between Sting and Kurt Angle. Hogan later grumbled to colleagues that Russo doesn't know anything because he was never a wrestler.

The two former World Heavyweight Champions made up at the following day's iMPACT! Wrestling tapings. There was, however, noticeable tension among the organization's high ranking officials in the days that followed. Several employees feel it did more damage to a locker room already low in morale.

There has also been internal complaints regarding Eric Bischoff as many wrestlers feel he's arrogant and snobbish. His criticisms over in-ring performances fall on deaf ears because some wrestlers don't respect his opinion regarding their craft. An Eight-Man X Division Gauntlet Match that was originally taped on Tuesday was re-shot the following day because Bischoff didn't like it.

Angelina Love Wants Trish Stratus

Angelina Love was asked today on Twitter who her dream opponent would be and revealed that it is a fellow Canuck.

"Canada vs Canada - Trish Stratus," Love replied.

The seven-time WWE Women's Champion has indicated numerous times in recent years that she keeps up with the TNA product, however, she has yet to state whether she would join the promotion. She attended her first TNA live event this past June as it took place near her residence in Toronto, Ontario. She later indicated on Twitter that Mickie James, Tara and Winter slept over at her house.

TNA Signs 5 X-Division Talents

TNA Wrestling announced Thursday night on Impact Wrestling the signings of X-Division wrestlers Mark Haskins, Zema Ion, Jesse Sorensen, Anthony Neese and Kid Kash. They were immediately thrust into an 8-Man Gauntlet Match along with Alex Shelley and Robbie E. The gauntlet resulted in Austin Aries securing the #1 Contender spot for the X Division.

Bios on all five athletes have been added to the company website.

I'd say Jeff still has a job because TNA wanted him and knew he had all this court baggage with him when they signed him. They were willing to put up with it to get him. Matt on the other hand was just hired because he was Jeff's brother and was (sort of) hot because of his public bashing of the WWE on YouTube.

I couldn't help but notice a couple more similarities that are too similar.

-Eric Bischoff gets a new "assistant", a female with long dark hair. I don't know her name. She's not Tessmacher but another rough-jawed woman.
-Theodore Long gets a new "assistant", Aksana, a female with long dark hair done in the same style. However she looks better, imo.

-TNA has a Jersey clown, Robbie E.
-WWE has a Jersey clown, Zack Ryder
They look, act and speak exactly the same. I almost think of them as the same person.

Trish Stratus & Angelina Love Tease Confrontation

Trish Stratus and Angelina Love teased a confrontation at this weekend's Fan Expo Canada in Toronto, Ontario as both former champions will be on hand for the annual pop culture event.

Stratus wrote on Twitter, "Can't wait for Fan Expo Canada Sun! I hear Angelina Love is gonna be there, I also hear she wants to fight me #torontothrowdown #canuckcuddle."

The TNA Knockout responded, "I'm there on Saturday so maybe we can throwdown then and cuddle on Sunday!"

Love revealed last week on Twitter that her dream opponent is the seven-time WWE Women’s Champion.

^ I wouldn't mind watching either match, to be honest, but I've always been more of a Lita and Velvet Sky fan than Angelina or Trish. I'm not so sure that Velvet is at Lita's wrestling level though. If she can show us some hurricanranas off the top of a ladder then we'll have a show.

As much as I love Velvet Sky, I would say that Lita vs. Angelina would be the better wrestling match. AngeLina Is way better wrestler than Velvet Sky.
