"Of the closures announced Friday, 154 locations will be in the U.S., including the company's 102 smallest-format stores called Wal-Mart Express, which were opened as a test in 2011."

So they're closing 102 experimental stores, and 52 actual stores, while opening between 152 and 165 new locations within the next year, even while online retailers like amazon continue to grow and build distribution centers all over the place. I'd say it's definitely time for Americans to panic. You should start collecting stray cats now, so you'll have meat during the apocalypse Obama has been working on for the last 8 years.

Consumer confidence is down because of numerous factors including the increase of the terror threat. China's market falling creates panic because we are in debt to them.
People are withdrawing money against their 401k because their healthcare is more expensive.
The wheels are coming off of this smoke and mirrors Obama economy and we will probably be in a full recession by late summer. I am not happy about but fortunately I divested a great deal back in October. We have yet to achieve a comfortable GDP under Obama.
