Here is a thread where we can talk about our own personal solutions to the problems of the world. "The if I ruled the world I would..." thread.
I am born/raised/live in the USA. For this country, I would say our biggest problem is our involvement in other countries' issues. I think what we need to do in the USA is to stop spending our resources outside of our borders. We should not spend money to secure or implant governments across the world, because that antagonizes the populations of the other countries against the U.S.
We should also look to lead the world (like we used to) in technological advancement, especially in regards with energy efficiency. Which would further decrease our involvement in world politics.
