Agree to disagree. Most Congressmen admitted they didn't even read it; not to mention the over-riding claim we heard over and over was this bill would "save money." Now the White House admits it will not save money. :dunno:
We'll see if it saves money or not.
You're right, I didn't. Baill did with 1 pitch in the first response.:hatsoff:
Obama is by far, by far, the best politician in the USA. I like America, but way too much of it is ill informed.
The election pitted Obama against McCain, not some imaginary perfect president that doesn't exist. I call horseshit on voters remorse. I'm not happy about a lot, but I'm still glad I didn't vote for McCain, or any other Republican for that matter.
No one said "Obamacare" would be a painless transition.
:1orglaugh You guys kill me! :1orglaugh
...What has happened to the idea that we champion diversity of opinion and thought in this country? Oh, I guess that it's a one way street whenever an attractive emerging conservative minded former democratic party woman is involved, eh? That figures, she has to be crazy and extreme . . . she just HAS to be . . . after all, she's different than todays's rank and file democratic woman. You see, Bachmann actually keeps herself fit & trim, she dyes out those pesky grey hairs, she refrains from wearing pants and flats and instead wears skirts & heels, it's no wonder why they detest her! Furthermore, what kind of woman would have 5 kids, remain married and voluntarily care for an additional 20 - 25 foster kids . . . surely there's only one answer.... A crazy woman!
I didn't notice all the posts in this thread where people attacked her for wearing skirts and fostering kids. Perhaps they are only visible on your computer for some reason.....
Anyway, good luck with Bachmann as president. Obviously her ability to dye her hair has proven beyond a shadow of doubt that she is more than qualified to govern the world's remaining superpower.
4 More Years!
Got a better option? I voted for Hillary in the '08 primaries. Any of the current crop of potential republican candidates doesn't stand a chance against Obama and your bunch know it. :1orglaugh
