Yes and no. It's a crown corperation. The government gave it special privlages but it doesn't totally run it. It's like they are just in bed with government. Which is why when the went on rolling strikes the government didn't just step in Canada post had to ask. The government refused to help at that point so Canada post took its ablity as a business to lock out its employees. Now because Canada needs its mail The government is stepping in. The are starting talks tuseday on if they should force the workers back to work. At least that was the news friday. Who knows really if that will happen it is government. Most of the people are thinking they will force the employees back to work. The last time this happened it took them 2 weeks to force them back to work but as this is government what they did last time isn't always something you can rely on. lol

he was good on that 70's show and that's about it
Of course he also played a airhead on that show. It might not have taken that much acting for him to do the part.
And he is even the successor to Bruce Willis in that case
