I don't have a fixed number. If it's a Sunday and I'm bored as hell, or if I'm sick or for whatever reason am at home with nothing to do I'll probably go at it a few times in a day. If I'm busy I'll probably lay off of it for a week. I usually cut it out when I'm with someone though... unless she asks of course!

It's also a great way to get to sleep when you can't sleep, or to wake up if you're dead tired in the morning!

My wife actually unloads more than I do, both with me and without me. She actually started having orgasms before I did, she as 8, myself at 9.
