Crap ALSO means substandard, and is only a slang expression for the "squishy stuff" (in fairness it is slang for substandard as well). So, TECHNICALLY one couldn't literally feel like crap.....as there isn't LITERALLY anything known as crap! Though, I OF COURSE, was referring to SUBSTANDARD! Though, as crappy as I have felt for nearly a week (off and on), feeling like the "squishy stuff" might actually be an improvement! Ha ha ha!
Additionally, the "missing me some Nikki" question is an example of something known in the trade as a "rhetorical question"! I just didn't think it necessary to spell it out.....ha ha ha! Given ALL the free time that I find on my hands......I'm trying to keep it to a maximum of 3 posts per page devoted to wishing Nikki well! Ha ha ha! I also try to post regularly to keep Nikki's thread from falling SEVERAL pages back on the "favorite babes and fetishes" page! I have found that the further back a thread is buried, the more easily it is forgotten......and yes, as hard as it is to comprehend, the same would happen to Nikki's thread! Just look, there are only about 5-6 regular posters to the thread already ( not including Nikki) & you & I are two of them! Aside from the musings on Monday, the trivia on Tuesday, and the bad jokes on Friday, the logical topic de jour just happens to be Nikki's health & wishing her well & a swift & speedy recovery! At least I'm not sending Nikki e-mails & bombarding her with PMs.......I would believe that would be FAR more "annoying"!
Though I can't speak for Nikki, speaking from personal experiences with 2 MAJOR health scares that I had to deal with last year (and continue to deal with the aftermath to this day)........one NEVER gets TIRED of hearing people (even the same ones) wish them well & hoping they get better......at least I NEVER have!
Granted, I could take my "act" on the road & start my own thread......if anyone was under the impression that I have (or was trying to hijack) hijacked Nikki's thread! However, as most of the people that I socialize with on here (including Nikki) are regulars on this thread, and this is one of the FEW that I REGULARLY contribute to.....I'm quite CONTENT with keeping my "act" right here......even if it is essentially only to "hold down the fort" until Nikki returns at this time!
In closing Jitna, don't take anything that I wrote the wrong way....you and I are cool.....at least I'd like to think so (even if you ARE a Flyers fan.....SHUDDER)! Like I said.......I still really feel like CRAP.....and I've really been kinda curt & short with people tonight! Both my mother and girlfriend called me tonight & I EVEN bit their heads off because I find myself EASILY annoyed tonight! So you are in pretty good company......don't take it personally! Ha ha ha!
ps. Not to make you jealous Jitna, but I just received 4 coupons for family packs of Tastykake products that I won in a Twitter contest they had! Knowing you are from Philly, I knew you would appreciate that BETTER than most! Speaking of Philly, I was just watching on the Weather Channel & saw that Philly was getting hit by another major winter storm! God, how I miss snow........NOT!!!!
