convention can suck it. if it's outdoors it's outdoors.

I'd have to agree. The NHL played a game outside. Regardless of whether or not it "counts", they still scheduled, planned and played a game outside, ergo it was the first game played outside.

Roloson has played 2 games as a Lightning against the Capitals. he's shut them out both times now. 3-0 today for Tampa. he is Capital Kryptonite.

our power play continues to be non existent, however. Stamkos should have been scoring more than ever during the time Crosby has been out but he has just 1 assist in 6 games. at this rate, not only will he finish behind Crosby in scoring but he'll finish with less than 50 goals too

It was a great game GO BOLTS!!!

And like usual, as soon as Leafs fans start to think they're the best team in the league, the team embarasses itself.

Go Phoenix.

What about the Bruins this week, coming against the Pens, blanking the Senators, and then having a win, be it a sloppy one against the Flyers this week.

turns out Roli's pretty good at this shootout thing.

I think Roloson has to adjust to playing in a good team and the pressure it brings. With the islanders he had no pressure at all since no one has any expectations for that team. In the end , he's going to be great when it counts.

I was at the Lightnin game last night and that is the sloppiest game I have seen this year but hey Rolosen was great and we won we got the two points so I guess I cant complain

per Derren Dreger and Bob Mckenzie, rumor has it Evgeni Nabokov is close to signing with the Red Wings

will have to clear waivers if signed.

also, Tampa's Mike Smith has been sent to the Norfolk Admirals for a conditioning stint. he's missed 15 games with a knee injury

It should be intersting when Smith finished his conditioning then we will have three goalies I am not sure how that will fly
