Meh, I'm just ribbin' you guys a little. It's sort of like when Jack Johnson and Ryan Kesler said at the Vancouver Games they hate the Canadians. Sort of the same thing. Besides, I have family there. It's just the fact that the Canadians are so fucking high on their horse and shit. :nono:

And clarify for me please, aren't the majority of Quebecers of French stock (blood)? Same thing, in a lot of ways.

What I meant was that people from Quebec are very different from Frenchmen from France , we have our own culture and we even speak french in a very different way , we speak "quebecois". It's true that a lot of quebecers are of french descent but it really doesn't show anymore.

As an Avs fan I'm not sure how I feel. He didn't do much with Colorado, but he became a mentor to a lot of their young guys and was a leader in the locker room. Hopefully they'll continue to develop well without him.

No matter. The Avs are going all the way this year anyway! :yesyes:

I don't know if any of you noticed, but last night the new york islanders played two games simultaniously. They played against the new jersey devils in long island with their real team and they sent a "B" team to Quebec to play against the real Montreal canadiens. The game in quebec was awfull ,the "B" team lost 7-2 because they only had a few veterans in the lineup and a lot of them where not very good. The only potential islander in the lineup was Bruno Gervais. I really don't understand why the NHL allowed the islanders to do that.

Lots of teams have been doing that this preseason. The Coyotes and Sharks both played a home game against each other in the same night.
