Yeah, what about Bob? How can he be defined as anything but a question mark? He's played two games and all of a sudden the goaltending situation in Philadelphia has been solved? Come on. The overwhelming probability is that Bobrovsky amounts to very little in the NHL; he was undrafted. How can you not look at Philadelphia's goaltending situation as a question mark? If Bobrovsky ends up being an amazing goaltender then that's great for him, but it's highly unlikely.
Of course its still a ???? ,, no one said it was solved... We had what seems like several hundred goalies come through here the last decade or so,, including some highly regarded, high draft picks that amounted to nothing... Signing 'OK' goalies gets you just ok,,, with this question mark there is some hope... He has shown some of the quickest reflexes and flexibility to be seen in some time. He was scouted by many teams,,, why not drafted? Who knows and who cares...Why were the Flyers so high on him for some time and still did not draft him? :dunno::dunno: But now is the grind ,the season, ect ... Time will tell,,, it usually does...
But the draft is just a draft,,, How many 1st rounders make it big ? or even make it?
