NFL '10/'11 Season Thread.

Would have liked to see the Texans score a TD before I say that ,but it does seem to be over.

27-23 with 55 ses & no TO's.

Do you believe that shit? Jets up 29-27 pending PAT 10 secs.

72 yards in 45 seconds with no To's

Jets win 30-27

Like I said. The Texans blew it. Should have gotten in the endzone as their defense is questionable.

Horrible, horrible fucking throw by Peyton. What in the fuck was that? Blair White can't jump sixteen feet straight up.

Fuckin' A, that's an inauspicious start.

EDIT:  Oh boy. Three play dive and we're already down 7-0. As I thought, this one could get ugly...

Manning playing weak so far but he sure isn't getting much help.

Goodbye Brett, it's time to go at the ranch........We gonna call you for the Hall of Fame!!!

That's how Raiders are supposed to do it!

Jets have been getting fucking lucky by the way. Also, how the hell did Cincy blow that lead so bad? The fucking Bills went postal on dat' azz. Tweet about that Ocho!

Raiders don't look in your rearview mirrors. It's the Chargers right there behind you to take the division when the Raiders & Chiefs basically choke it away their chances.

Jets fans will tell you its destiny(if they win it all especially), but they do know how to pull out close games.

The Bengals are too busy getting their stuff packed/moving vans rented for the off season(TO too busy obssessing over McNabb).

Looks like the Vikings are finally packing it in also.

Hopefully the Brett Favre drama is finally over. Although I am finally really starting to appreciate the guys toughness/courage.

21-14 at half. I'll take it.

We need to shore up our defense and find a pass rush somewhere. NE receivers are running around uncovered and we can't pressure Brady at all. The offense is in sync, but losing Collie is a big blow. It's tough to throw the ball when two of your receivers and your best tight end are out. And we have no running game to speak of. Donald Brown - 6 carries for 7 yards. C'mon, man!

I know Indy is hurting but this Defensive backfield for NE is target practice for Manning. Glad to see he shook off that bad int early and has come back...years past he would have had that baffled look on his face and just broke down the rest of the game.

It is a great game to watch both QBs as they are playing lights out right now...If the Pats' D gets just marginally better this season...fucking look out because Brady looks like he's on a mission.

Respect the NEW Broadway Joe....Mark "The Sanchise" Sanchez!

Fuck off Sanchez. You shouldn't have left SC high and dry...:weeping: He's probably the next Tom Brady :weeping:

I don't see a better team between NE and Indy at this point. This game is wide open.

Believe me, I'm scared of fuck of the Chargers, right there. Raiders at Chargers, that's a must win.......for the Raiders.

Btw, it was sure nice of the Raiders to show up against the Steelers. Apparently playing an old rival, a big name team, with playoff implications wasn't enough motivation.

That was a couple of boss ass throws at the end there. As overrated as he was last year, he's been impressive this season.

Btw credit to the Jaguars. Sure, they sometimes get blown out of the water. But they find a way to win the close ones. How often are you gonna win a game with a -6 turover margin?

Woodhead (great porn name btw since he scores too:o) on the TD and then on the tackle.:surprise::1orglaugh

28-14 is nearly impossible to come back from in Foxboro. Pats have outplayed Indy all day long. As much as I'd love to see a comeback, I just don't think it's in the cards.

EDIT: And I hope somebody cut off a route early because that pass wasn't anywhere near anyone. Yikes. You can't have miscues like this and expect to win football games, especially against the Pats.

Side note: great to see Curtis Painter (CP12) on the Indy sideline. He was a horse shit QB at Purdue so how he made an NFL roster is beyond me.

SUPER BOWL XLV PREDICTION

New England vs. Atlanta

--Sure, Brady's Bunch lost to Cleveland. But, hey...so did New Orleans, last year's champs.
--Both of Atlanta's losses were road losses...and only the Philly loss was substantial. 'Course, that was Kolb for injured Vick. Plus lotsa injuries.
--The Pats have a rough road to hoe...with the Jets, Chicago and the Pack coming up. Beat them, and Brady can grow his hair like Samson.
--When Abraham gets healthy, the Birds have a reliable D with shoring up on the secondary by signing Jackson and Giordano.
--The Patriot injury list looks like the patient list in a ICU ward. Still they're winning. What does that tell ya?
--Atlanta's toughest remaining games are at home. Except the TB game. That's their real test. Pass that and they're in.
--If you think Baltimore, Pittsburgh or Indy are stumbling blocks, just look at Week 5, Week 9, and today.
--Atlanta lives in a tight division. The history of post season shows us that battle-hardened quality teams are rhinos in the playoffs.
