I wouldn't be surprised if the Raptors are better than my Bulls next year. Rose isn't likely to be back at least until January-February and this is just a estimate. Deng is going to have surgery after he's done with the Olympics and he'll miss the start of the season. There will be a few roster changes as well because it's possible that neither Korver, Brewer, and Watson will be back. The Bulls will be lucky to at least get the 8 seed in the east next year. It's like we're basically starting over now

I hear Deng is being shopped. Possible destination in Golden State for their 7th overall pick.

Deron Williams supposedly narrows his "list" to two teams. Dallas and Brooklyn.

So he's going to Dallas if Brooklyn doesn't get Howard, basically.

Houston is trying to acquire two top ten picks to move into the Howard sweepstakes. They're targeting Toronto at #8 and Sacramento at #5. Lowry would go to Toronto and Houston's 14th and 16th picks, plus a player would go to Sacramento for their 5th. The Rockets would then ship those two picks to_Orlando for Howard and I'd bet Houston would suddenly appear on Williams "list".

Houston trades Chase Budinger to Minnesota for their 18th overall pick. (You'll like this guy, BSS) Budinger was in Houston for 2 seasons under Adelman, so he is already familiar with that corner offence he runs in Minny. Minnesota is also desperate for a wing guy. Webster and Johnson were letdowns and Beasley is one inconsistent mawfucka. This move should help though. He's a good 3 point shooter and hits the open shots.

Houston now has the 14th, 16th and 18th picks in the 1st round and seem primed to convert those picks into Dwight Howard and probably sign Deron Williams. It's pretty risky if you ask me. Dwight will probably sign an extension if Williams signs there, but if not, 3 1st rounds picks for a 1 year rental is pretty steep. It'll set the Rockets back 5 years.

If you guys are busy pretending you're going to get your dick sucked, some trades have been going down before Thursdays draft.

Detroit trades Ben Gordon and a protected 2012 1st rounder to Charlotte for Corey Maggette.

Winner, Charlotte. First good trade Jordan has ever made.

Detroit will probably amnesty Villenuava this summer and after Maggette's contract expires, Detroit could have up to $25,000,000 in cap space next year.

Another good move MJ made was hiring former OKC asst. GM Rich Cho. when he was in the OKC front office. the Thunder accepted the contract of Kurt Thomas off the Suns payroll, receiving 2 first-round picks as compensation. one of those picks was Serge Ibaka.

NBA Draft:
1. Anthony Davis
2. Thomas Robinson?

I don't like the trade as a Pistons fan...i'm okay with giving up Gordon for Maggette but a 1st round pick too?? That's a kind of trade that might get Joe D canned..

I'd prefer Toronto trades their pick for some players instead of taking someone. I don't really see anyone who would be a great fit in the lineup, especially in contrast to a couple of players that are on the Raptors' trade radar.

I hope the Pistons take Draymond Green.

You already have him. His name is Jason Maxiell. I think Green will go undrafted.

Terrence Ross. Meh. If they were going shooting guard, I would have went with Jeremy Lamb.

I like the Hornets draft. Davis and Rivers. This could be enough to keep Eric Gordon and that's a solid core to build around.

Ugh, good draft for Boston if Sullinger turns out. Plus Melo. Could both be steals. I know Miami was looking at Melo. It's a win if you don't let them improve.

Lakers draft a Canadian in Robert Sacre. Woop. Cool I guess.

2 other Canadians drafted this year too. Kris Joseph to Boston and Andrew Nicholson to Orlando.

Too bad Nash is nearing the end of his career. Canada seems to be on track to field a competitive basketball squad in future Olympics.

Toronto got Quincy Acy  I must have skipped over him earlier. I wish he fell to #60 for L.A. He'll be a good player.

New Orleans also picked up Darius Miller. I'm hopeful for this N.O team. That was a really good draft for them.

New Orleans and Boston are my big winners.

This draft was deeper than I realized. I think a lot of these 2nd round guys could be solid players for a while.

OKC got Perry Jones III. The rich get richer. That guy was slated to go top 10 and they get him at 28????? C'mon. L.A could have got him if they didn't trade their fucking 1sts away. Rage.

Miami traded Arnett Moultrie to Philadelphia for another 1st down the road and Justin Hamilton from LSU. Basically just saving money here and still get their 7 footer.
