The Clippers are quietly having a very good offseason. They've added Jamal Crawford, Lamar Odom and now Grant Hill. If Griffin recovers 100% and they can resign K-Mart, they might be the deepest team in the league.

DeAndre Jordan
Blake Griffin
Caron Butler
Jamal Crawford
Chris Paul

Scary starting lineup.

Grant Hill
Lamar Odom
Eric Bledsoe

Good bench.

Don't forget about Chauncey Billups too.

The Clippers being good is good for the city of LA, but i do not think it lasts beyond next season, Chris Paul is a FA and the clippers management will not pony up tne necessary money to resign him.

I really hope the Lakers dont trade for Dwoght Howard. Its a bad long term trade, not only because Dwight Howard becomes a diva when hes not getting what he wants....Bynum is too, but he has more game skills so its easier tolerated with him...and the price to get him would be players and draft picks, which the lakers have already dealt a 3 year supply of as it is getting Pau Gasol, Ramon Sessions and Steve Nash. I also have no idea if Dwight Howard would be willing to take a back seat to Kobe, he may yet...who knows.

Fuck. Spain was fucking winning against USA the majority of that half. Shame they are missing Rubio. I really do hope they can win the gold though, although doing so without a very good talent in Rubio is going to be tough. Argentina did have a decent showing though as well.

It would really only be the backseat for 2 years, maybe three, and then he becomes the face of the Lakers. More Adidas $$$, and advertising contracts out the asshole. Not a bad gig to be the face of West coast NBA basketball. And I'm confused, are you saying that Bynum has more "game skills" than Howard? I would have to disagree with you if that is indeed what you're saying.

Wolves' starting five set now for next season:

Rubio (Ridnour or Barea until he is back)
Roy
Kirilenko
Love
Pekovic

Thoughts? I think people are pretty happy around here. Pekovic has to do what he did last year (he should have been in the sophomore all star game) and Kirilenko must be healthy, in addition to Rubio.

Derrick Williams as a 6th man is awesome. Should be a good year for you guys. I think playoffs are expected with this group.

I agree with Diva.

But the timberwolves aren't "diverse." :drool2:

Where are the Latinos, Asians and shemales on this team? Over to you scottie. lol

Watched Wolves Kirilenko and Shved for Russia yesterday. Kirilenko stood out as the best player for Russia and Shved looked commanding in the backcourt. With Adelman at the helm the Wolves could be a thread for/in the postseason.

Lord Dipstick
Kobe
Howard
Nash
Gasol

Jesus Christ!

If L.A wins, I don't know if I can even enjoy it. I don't like this NBA. What was the point of the lockout? Small markets still get fucked.

What that L.A. bench be like?

Howard - Hill
Gasol - Jameson
World Peace - Ebanks - Clark
Kobe - Meeks - Goudelock
Nash - Blake - Duhon

I'd imagine Clark will be gone. Too many players and not enough spots. I was hoping they'd leave a spot for Darius Johnson-Odom, but hell probably go D League.
