Very tasty hamburgers :thumbsup:spent the day out on the water with some friends skiing and tubing one of the best summer days I can ever remember. 90 degrees, slight breeze, flat water that was so clear. Had a blast! We headed back to my house where I had some special burgers I made last night 50% ground prime ribeye, 30% pork sausage and 20% ground chuck homemade mayo that had apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper, grilled vidalia onion, kosher dill slice, beefsteak tomato and melted Gouda cheese all sitting pretty on top of a french kaiser roll.
I have to say these photos of the meat as I was making the patties is awesome!

When I was in London I found myself walking in the Middle Eastern part of the city. Women wearing berkas were everywhere...and they had these stands with corn and all different types of toppings and it was AWESOME! So I decided to make it at home and it has been a favorite ever since!
What You'll Need:
Fresh Ears of Corn
Butter
Lime
Asian 5 Spice
Lemon Pepper
Curry Powder
Sea Salt

Look at what I missed since Labor Day. Mariah finally got someone to build her grill. You broke out the rice cooker and built a burgher too. Those 3 were nice. I never made my steaks nor could get my brother out at night to buy him one. It was rainy there and didn't even get into the pool. When my veggie buddy has his Halloween party I am there with that corn and all kinds of shaky spices. I'll even bring a few ears for him to make on his own.
I probably buy corn on the cob maybe 2-3 times a year max. Yesterday I bought some and then this video appears! Perfect timing
