thanks guys. the house is a work in progress but coming along nicely. I didn't have my wide angle lens on the camera so it's tough to get a good look but you get the idea ;)

similar as that, just this is with yogurt.

As is tzatziki. Main ingredients are Yoghurt (strained), cucumber, garlic, olive oil and salt. I also tend to use mint and lemon juice. This is almost identical to an Indian cucumber raita as well.

I have been to England several times and every time I go I find myself eating in pubs and loving the traditional english foods like fish n chips and of course, Shepard’s Pie! The best I ever had was at a little pub in Shepperton that made their’s with ground veal
instead of the traditional ground lamb. It was incredible! So this is my attempt to make that same recipe! I have to say it came out incredibly well! Enjoy!
1 pound ground veal
1 cup french fried onions
1 cup peas
1 can of kernel organic corn
1 chopped shallot
mushrooms
1 stick sweet cream unsalted butter
1 potato
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic chopped
sea salt
pepper

Shepherd's pie (or Cottage pie when made with beef) is one of my favourites. Minced beef was a staple as a student and would be the base for many dishes, including chilli, spag bol, beef burgers, and of course Cottage pie.
Try adding a splash or two of Lea and Perrins (you can never go wrong with a splash of L&P)

sounds like a plan to me :) I'd like to bounce her on my strapon! lol I discussed things with their parent company to do a travel and food show but I turned it down. They required that I no longer own my xxx websites and they would have creative control. I even filmed a pilot for them, but I wouldn't give up my sites unless the offer was REALLY good and guaranteed for years, which they don't do. So I do it my way, and I'm happy! :)

always wondered about the shepherd's pie, the traditional british food.
how to make it and does it go with beer?

I have the visual in my mind..
Very interesting story! Maybe some other network out there? As long as YOU are happy that is what's most important.
I do enjoy what I've seen from you on here.

I like the ground veal in the Shepard's Pie. It's a nice twist that probably adds more flavor and it has less fat. I'll have to try it.

not much else goes better with beer! it's pub food for fuck's sake! have it with a pint of Guiness and your dick will get hard! ask chopper!

Yep, get down the pub, a pint of the black stuff, cottage/shepherds pie (cottage pie is beef, shepherds pie is lamb) and a subtle pause to conjure up a wank bank picture of Mariah does in fact lead to said hard-on.

Guinness stout or an equivalent would go well here for sure. Not sure my guy will get hard eating and drinking this but my stomach would be moaning with digestive orgasms.

but when with a nice lady would go for red wine!

An incredible call. Make it a California Zinfandel from Dry Creek or Lodi. If you pick up White Zinfadel, your testicles will shrivel up.

I was at Bern's in Tampa with the guy who's making my wine and some of his sales reps, and we had a wine from the year of each of our births. One was 1939 which was a bottle of original Dom Perignon that was to DIE for, and several other amazing bottles as the youngest besides me was in his 50s... they asked which I would like and I asked for a 79 Zinfandel and instead they suggested this 1974 which was incredible! there were 6 of us at dinner that night, and with those 6 bottles and a bottle of 1909 port and dinner, the bill was just under $35,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bern's has the largest wine cellar in the world.

here's that amazing bottle! I have the label and cork framed :)

Here's a group photo from that night. the big guy with the mustache is Jed Steele who owns Steel wines. he helped start Kendall Jackson and was the man responsible for the Robert Mondavi Opus X he is the one making my wine which is a Pinot Noir and also a Chardonnay.
