The kebob thing reminds me of how I won the heart of a woman. Let me share with you. It was a picnic date. I bring the food and she bring the wine and desert. We wheel our coolers to the picnic area in Monmouth Park. Table with umbrella track side. I bring a[NOBABE][/NOBABE]long a $4 throw away tabletop charcoal grill. I marinaded shrimp, chicken, and jerked pork skewers overnight. My signature potato salad and pico de gallo. Laugh as you may since this is at a race track but if you have ever been there it is the place to be.

It was a lot of prep for me but it's a 6+ hour day at the track and it was the bomb. Beautiful sunshine. The sights and sounds of the horses coming off the final turn heading for home right in front of us. Tossing those skewers onto the grill. Keeping the aroma in the air. They even had people walking the grounds taking bets on hand held devices so we didn't have to go to a window to bet. That woman was floored by this. I guess food, fire, and wine works no matter where it happens.

I love thai food and get intimidated to make it sometimes. The sauces and the presentation look hard, but so good! So I thought,,,,noodles and spicy beef would be good!
Here it is and it was REALLY good! Loved the cold noodles with it too. Such a nice contrast!
What You’ll Need:
steak that is lean, I used NY strip
Thai Chili Sauce
Asian 5 Spice
Asian noodles
pepper
salt
Spicy and delicious!

I LOVE Thai food and Indian food and when I went to Bali I discovered Indonesian food which is a mix of both. When I was in new Zealand we went to a Micronesian restaurant which was incredible! The curry and sauces and spices were like nothing I had ever had before.

I don't try to get fancy with cooking Thai food because it is beyond my abilities but I LOVE it!

Remember those awesome pot pies you had growing up? Well this is an Italian pot pie made with leftovers from the fridge! You can use whatever you have handy and a puff pastry sheet you can buy in the frozen food section at your supermarket!
What You’ll Need:
meatballs
pasta sauce
mushrooms
mozzarella cheese
1 egg
parsley
basil

Love Indian food, being English I have no choice. Probably my favourite, Italian a close second.

the best Indian food I had in my life was in London. Southern Indian food in a Shepperton calls Shapla that place is AMAZING!!!!!!!! Being in the US we don't have a variety of Indian regional foods. they all seem to just be "Indian" I was so impressed and loved it so much! I want to return to Shepperton just to have dinner there again! :)

yes Ive had meat pies in the UK and also in Australia and New Zealand with crusts all round, but I like this version as you can put some in the fridge for later without the curst becoming soggy. :)
