forgive the night shirt :) I was getting ready for bed when I shot this :)

I was headed out on my boat in the morning with 3 of my girlfriends…all 3 are HOT by the way! We cruised the little offshore islands so I thought a nice pitcher of bloody mary’s would be a great start to our day! As you can see at the end of the video…we had a great time and those bloody Mary’s kicked off the day perfectly!
What you’ll need:
1 jar tomato juice
2 cups vodka
1 heaping teaspoon of horseradish
1 tablespoon of worchester sauce
1 teaspoon of celery salt
1 tablespoon of hot sauce
black pepper
1 celery stalk

you can adjust the spiciness to your liking…we like it spicy though! Make sure you watch the end of the video for some footage of our day on my boat!

There is a bar near me that also does a mean Bloody Mary. They put wasabi paste in it which is very similar to the horseradish in Mariah's classic.

I love french cooking because of how amazing the sauces are. This is a simple sauce but turns ordinary chicken into something outrageous!
This dish uses the drippings from bacon and shallots and heavy whipping cream. You cook the chicken in the sauce so it’s tender and tasty!
I served it with a side of steamed green beans with some fleur de sel. YOWZA!
What you’ll need:
4 chicken thighs
1 chopped shallot
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 strips bacon
chopped parsley
green onion chopped
garnish away until the plate is cluttered but when you dig in and scoop up the garnish you’ll be in HEAVEN!

Oh wow that looks soooo good!

Mariah, in a lot of your videos you wear a key around your neck. Is it....

(a) The key to your heart.
(b) The key to your chastity belt.
(c) The key to your front door.

Love the look of your latest chicken dish btw.

After a good workout the last thing you wanna do is eat something fattening or greasy. So this is my favorite post-workout meal. And it’s nice to have an easy single person portion recipe also.
This is a very simple & delicious one! Give it a try, you won’t be sorry!
What you’ll need:
1 chicken breast cut into 3 strips
1/4 bell pepper cut into strips
Sugar Snap peas
1 teaspoon soy sauce
black pepper

Insalata Caprese - one of the great dishes the world has ever known. Cannot wait :)

I dont use balsamic in mine. I had it several times in Italy and not a single one had vinegar. only the versions I've had in the US do.

I've never heard of Insalata Caprese with balsamic. Must be an american thing. Good quality olive oil is all you need as a dressing.

100% agreed! a douchebag previously cited Rachel Ray as some sort of expert on Italian cuisine...she puts fucking balsamic on her caprese salad. shows how knowledgeable she is.

I did a google images search for caprese salad and there are MANY pics with balsamic. here are a couple of examples:

Yeah, balsamic isn't something you get on a caprese salad properly. I'm assuming it's an anglophone addition based on oil-and-vinegar salad dressings.
Love your plates, though (not a euphemism). Where'd you get them?
