Man arrested for making coffee naked in his own home

http://www.myfoxdc.com/dpp/news/local/101909_man_caught_making_coffee_naked_faces_charges

Jesus Christ! A man is making coffee in HIS OWN HOME, naked at 5.30 am, a woman passing by with a daughter sees him, calls the police - and they arrest the man and are about to charge him!

I mean, there were news of idiotic verdicts from the US before, such as a woman winning a case against a mobile home manufacturer, in which she sued the manufacturer for having an accident with her mobile home becuse it wasn't specified in the mobile home's manual that the driver should be at the steering wheel all the time while the vehicle is moving

But this with making coffee naked... and you call America a free country?

Isn't looking inside someone's home (she must have been looking, otherwise she wouldn't have been able to see he wasn't wearing any underwear & the kitchen dresser usually covers everything below the waist...) a violation of his privacy & isn't that illegal? I'd sue the bitch! (I normally don't agree with the usage of such terms, but in this case, I believe that word is appropriate...)

Again, it's the 24 / 7 / 3651/4 news "cycle" in perpetuity that can't get enough of certain stories.

IMO the guy's charges will be dropped. It's not like he was jack - in - off in the front window.

If I was that guy, I would probably say something smart like: Guess I am irresistible if she kept looking at me through MY window while I am in MY house! Baby, if you want my attention, you didn't have to go this far. ;)

Beyond that, pretty stupid, I am surprised it is even being considered. What's next to get arrested for doing in one's own home?

she must have been bored........its amazing what people will do for attention:2 cents:

yeah.. and it's 5.30 in the morning. what's she and her daughter doing out so early? and why couldn't thye just mind their own business? geez

Beyond all the stuff about privacy rights etc. What this comes down to is that there are too many people who think the naked human body is a disgusting thing, as opposed to the most natural thing on earth. I blame the serpent or the apple, or something.

clearly the socialist policies of obama are finally having the police-state impact everyone seems to think they will.

first - charging people naked in their own homes.
next - death squads bringing you your lethal shot.

will it never end?

This "incident" proves two things about the US once again:
  1. that you can get arrested for everything
  2. that too many people think, that logic, rationality and reason are probably ice cream toppings with strange names

Almost grotesque...

I'm sure they'll have a hard time winning this if it actually goes to trial. Like someone else mentioned, looking in people's windows is a crime in most places. Shouldn't the mother and daughter be charged as well? Fair is fair.

Why didn't he have his curtains closed though?
He's a fucking exhibitionist!
He should be swinging from the highest yardarm in all of Plymouth docks!

Well maybe he just didn't think anyone will look through the window into HIS OWN house?

I mean... he was in the kitchen... not on the balcony or in his front yard...

Do you always make sure no one can see you while you're getting dressed or undressing in your home?

Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
Fucking perv!

*the woman, I mean* ;)
