I wonder why the police felt obligated to go out on this call. I thought they had some policy on stupid or prank calls. In any case, it would be his word against hers. This is so ridiculous it is, well, ridiculous.
The first comment there says it all - the police are not your friend. They are looking for evidence to charge you.
Basically they are setting a precedent saying it is forbidden to walk around without clothes on. At that point then they would need to stipulate that a guy must wear trousers at all times. That would mean you can only be naked in the bath or shower, once you have stepped into the water.
She couldn't even have the common decency to leave the guy be; just lower her head and move on. No, she has to point an accusing finger, find it outrageous that someone is naked in their own home, and actually call the police.

Hell, my wife and I have "naked day" from time to time. We spend the bulk of the day, 8am to 4pm naked. Curtains are open and everything. Mind you we don't stand in the front window and scratch our privates, but I guess if you looked in the window real close for a long time with binoculars you might catch a glimpse of some naughty bits. And we'll have sex on the back deck in the summer time, occasionally in broad daylight. However to see that show you gotta be in our back yard cause we're surrounded by trees, shrubs, a fence and neighbors can't really spy on us. Gotta say, outdoors sex is the best.
