This happened awhile ago. I wondered what happened to him. Turns out he was actually convicted. Oh BTW, the woman (Yvette "Peepers" Dean) who made the big fuss about this bullshit is the wife of a cop in NoVA.
Man Convicted of Indecent Exposure
So let's recap recent Virginia news. A man was arrested and convicted for not wearing clothes IN HIS OWN HOUSE. Meanwhile, a girl who disappeared while attending a concert has yet to be found. And the killer of a young college couple, found shot to death near the Jefferson National Forest, has yet to be found. No leads in either case AFAIK. But by golly, we have taken a dangerous streaker out of his house! Oh, and a guy in a wheelchair was given a hot pizza and a hostage situation at the Post Office was ended with no shots fired. Fine work. Barney Fife couldn't do any better.
