Regarding my case, I have both disagreed and agreed with Mariah. She is someone with a very strong temperament that doesn't let anyone walk on her toes nor insult her. She is also very direct and she calls a cat a cat. I will also have to agree with Rey C that there are things which are acceptable and others which aren't. Don't you remember how Male12 got strongly replied by Mariah when he tried to mock her unfairly? This is just an example and an argument that there are people that you shouldn't provoke deliberately. I too had some conflicts in real life which I resolved by using strong arm tactics because otherwise, I would have too much shit to handle and this because of some ass holes who took pleasure of mocking and degrading others. Also not everyone shares the same political beliefs nor the same vision of the government at last but not least you can't please everybody. Just remember that.

Agreed 100%. I was one of the "old" boards biggest critics, but we have merely replaced one extreme with another. I don't get why, or why someone feels that it's a good idea to not find appropriate middle ground.
Let's clear this up. My first recent response to you in that thread was post 494, where all I did was point out that you were being hypocritical (which you were, and I pointed out exactly why). I attacked your argument. The first word in the first sentence of your first response to me was "Idiot" (post 495). You attacked me, and you were wrong since your assertions didn't reflect the facts.
In case You Missed it I BLUNTLY said that people attacking Mariah as a person without cause was reprehensible and that I have personally defended her from such attacks on multiple occasions (I'll give you links if you want...). So no, there's no hypocrisy there. I have no trouble with a little debate. I have trouble with people being assholes. YOU have been an asshole and, sure, I used "vicious language" against you (which, by the way, you seem to believe is fine anyway, since you aren't "regular people"). M13 was an asshole to Mariah, and hey... I used vicious language against him too.
There's a hefty damned difference between debating and insulting, and there's another hefty damned difference between defending yourself or someone else and openly attacking someone. In the topic you're referring to YOU were the aggressor. When I defended Mariah the people I defended her against were the aggressor. Do you not understand the basic difference between attack and defense? Are you able to comprehend why the argument of "self-defense" can result in a finding of justifiable homicide and thus a not guilty verdict?
You have different opinion, but you are being a hypocrite. You can defend someone without using "vicious language". I have been in the U. S. military, and your words were child's play for me, but other board members would be very upset with that language. I think everyone needs to take a step back. When did this all start happening with me??? It started when I started getting involved in the political discussions which I was invited to join in on, then it bled over when I started speaking my mind about religion.
People are passionate about politics and defensive about religion. People don't understand or like that I switched from being a Bush voting republican to a liberal on many issues. It's simply because I experienced some things that just made too much sense and well, Bush was President for 8 years so that should make anyone reconsider their political party.
As far as religion goes I think that I have raised valid questions and have been answered with anger and aggression. Am I aggressive? Yep. Do I speak my mind? Yep. But at least I do that. Most of these porn bitches are afraid to share an opinion on anything that means anything. Most are too dumb to even have an opinion on anything relevant.
If you don't like me, then fuck off and find another thread to read or put me on ignore.
And this challenge of knowing or not knowing someone you've never met compared to someone you have is stupid. You surely cannot seriously believe that you could know someone on a message board that you've never met as opposed to someone that you have?

I think this is obvious for you and I. Personally, I have no problem with your views on religion. I was raised by 4 devoutly catholic Sicilian women....yet I am not. I have faith, I have beliefs. They are my business, and I can't recall ever shoving them down anyone's throat. I understand the hypocrisy of organized religion, especially catholicism...even more so scientology, and islam. But after a while, one tends to get tired of hearing the same broken record, and it becomes apparent that you weren't ragging on religion, but only one sect of religion.
I never got aggressive, until you did, and if you wanna run with the big dogs, you gotta be able to piss in the high weeds. You can't expect a person to not fight back. Well my issue with the catholic church is the child rape issue. Did you know that the Milwaukee church where that sick fucking monster molested over 200 boys filed for bankruptcy to avoid having to pay the settlement money? The man opened a boarding school for deaf boys solely to prey on them which he did for more than 20 years. There were accusations starting in the 1970s that were ignored by the church. Letters written to Ratzinger before he was pope which he said held no merit and ignored the claims. Turns out "father" Murphy was just moved to another diocese and continued being a priest, unpunished.

After a couple of months of back and forth fighting with Mariah I came to realize that her opinions while out there are interesting to read. To be honest, when I joined this board I didn't even realize that some well known porn chicks participated here on quite this level.
I have always liked people with a little bit of fire in them even if I disagreed with them. She isn't here posting pics of herself wearing a thong bikini all the time, she is making food and calling people creative names like "douche drinker and cum garglers" I'm sorry but after a while that kind of shit makes me laugh. Something else that is apparent, is that her participation here draws responses. Even those that hate her can't resist reading what she has posted when they see her little pink name as the last post on a particular thread.
When she started to get under my skin I stepped back and thought about it for a moment and realized that she started in the porn business when she was a young mom and in her late teens. That had to be tough. It also had to affect her world view because I am sure that every day in the porn biz is a crap shoot. Now she is trying to live a normal life away from all that. Yeah she does a lot of name dropping but I don't doubt for a moment that she really does know these people she talks about. I often read books about things in which I do not agree. I think it is healthy to hear different points of view because it makes you question your positions and then you either confirm them with logic or you reconsider why you took those positions to begin with, which is what I have done. I respect someone who is brave enough to change their point of view after doing some thinking and research rather than just accepting it as fact and never going back and reconfirming why they believed it in the first place.
I don't like the porn industry. I think its filthy and no place I would ever want to return. However there are some very good people in the industry. I don't hold it against them because they're doing their thing and that's cool with me. I don't agree with porn girls escorting while they are active. I could never just go fuck some random stranger for money. I wouldn't be able to live with myself, but one of good friends does it for a living. I don't preach to her about it, I let her do what she wants and we agree that we disagree. When something bad happens to her, not if because it's just a matter of time, I will feel awful for her. She knows how I feel and last week when a trick fucked her for an hour then pepper sprayed her and stole her purse and her laptop and ran off, she admitted that she hates it. That's her life. She doesn't impose on me with it. She is free to sell her holes if she wishes. It is sad to me but I can't feel bad for her when that shit happens.

So the whatever he was told them not to believe it and to consider it propaganda trying to test their resolve. Then he went online himself and discovered that it all sounded like a load of bullshit to him too.
