dungeons and dragons (D&D) anyone?

i made a really cool 3 minute video to celebrate our groups 1 year of gaming, meeting, and playing this campaign. im gonna show everyone in a week or so if i can hold back. it all started halloween last year.

its pretty neat, but i cant believe its been a year. we're almost done with it too.


i also added a neat twist of their defeat of the last boss they fought. at the end they were awarded a gift:

a draught of death and an elixer of life.


the twist was that they could only choose one. they were in deep discussion over it and still are. i wonder what they will choose.

I´m going to presume that the draught of death isn't meant for them to use?

one of them said, we can make the count drink it. the other said there's no way they could do it. then another said we could infuse a blade with it.

the elixir of life was overshadowed a bit for awhile. but i think one of them would rather have that. we shall see.

Well, my group is currently in a druid's grove with a naked green haired and skinned vampire covered in bloody runes standing before them. They're supposed to be looking for the nuns, but got druids because one of the players that has a beef with the druids managed to hijack the game.

Sunday shall be interesting.

Gotta love bloodlines, which are offshoots of the original clans. This particular clan didn't really make it out of the dark ages due to a clan weakness that I can't mention because Anders reads this. ;-)

I must admit though, knowing something that your character wouldn't know is a major pain in the ass since you have to figure out how to work around this knowledge and act like you´re oblivious, while knowing that what you´re doing is so damn wrong....

There is a difference between doing the wrong thing for the hell of it and doing the wrong thing when you know what will happen if you do it.

I will always take option number 1.

I heard that some people try to do the right thing, but since I´ve been groomed by Petra and our group I´m really not sure what the hell that would accomplish.

So I take it that Petra is clever enough to not get fooled by the reverse psychology approach where you do the wrong thing because you're expecting her to punish the more obvious "right" thing.

So yesterday we had another game.

Petra´s husband created a blood tick, but due to him failing at English he stated that the shape was that of a phallus, so he´s now got a giant bloodtick created out of a closet in the shape of a penis complete with balls, it had 2 eyes that would follow you around just under the tip, but he popped those out, something about not wanting to be looked at when he was drinking from the top...

There was a number of puns.

We also encountered a druid/gangrel vampire in a grove performing a ritual, we apologized for disturbing and noped the fuck out, apart from the one that brought us there, he had to be removed by threats, so in order to "help" him out I created several illusions above the ritual trying to lure him in, someone in the grove hijacked the illusions and built further upon them.

The word of the day seemed to be "spigot".

The phallus was created out of a wardrobe. Get it right.

And also don't forget that they finally figured out your war wasn't actually being fought by humans, but it was the epic battle between a black and red ant colony.

I get the feeling that the even begin to know what's going on somebody would have to draw me a diagram off all the plot threads you have going on when you play.

next game is the ride up and entrance to castle ravenloft. its finally happened. its taken a year of weekly gaming but they finally made it.


i need to ensure that its made out to be awesome to be at the castle.
