Casey Anthony - NOT GUILTY

Marlo Manson

Hello Sexy girl how your Toes doing?
There's allot said for the fact that the prosecution was fighting for the DEATH PENALTY, but Casey could have been convicted of 2 lesser felonies that would have had her doing MAJOR time, and she was acquitted of both aggravated manslaughter and aggravated child abuse as well, so with her not even being convicted of those 2 charges either Casey really didn't do it, or the prosecutions case was garbage. :2 cents:

All of you are forgetting about the 2 lesser FELONY charges she was acquitted of.. think about it, if the jury had any question to Casey's involvement in either the murder or the cover up of a murder or the cover up of an accident she could have been NAILED on either of the 2 lesser FELONY charges and still spent MAJOR time in PRISON!! is that the case??? NO!! so I don't know why everybody is so hell bent and critical of seeing Casey fry for something she may not be guilty of, it could have been an accident that was covered up FFS .. Casey's whole family looks suspect and suspicious as Casey was with her 31 days of separation of reality.

I am not on Caseys side, yes I think she is pretty, yes I think she is sexy, yes I would :hit: but lets not forget a 2 year old girl is dead and Casey not getting charged cuz of her looks or how I feel about her are irrelevant to me being so adamant about her being found not guilty.. if she did kill Caylee, Casey absolutely should have gone too prison for a very long time, but there was NO HOW, WHY, WHEN, and WHERE did all of this happen to Caylee for certain, was it a murder or a mistake?? Was Casey was even the right person standing trial. :2 cents:

This whole case is fucked up, Caylee is dead.. R.I.P. Caylee :angels::angels: The prosecutions case was WEAK and in the end if there was a crime, justice was not served, if it was however an unfortunate accident. Casey doesn't die or pay with her life because of an accident. what else can possibly be said??

I dont know all things about this case.
I believe:
Her kid was missing and she didnt report it, tell anyone.
She went out and had fun during that time.
She lied and said some imaginary person took her, only after it was found out the baby was missing.
If she really didnt know what happened why make up a story?
For me thats enough to know with much confidence that she killed her.

Add to that her dishonest past and all the other circumstancial evidence ........she killed the kid.

The circumstantial evidence alone convicts her. She waited a month so any evidential trace i.e. DNA, exact method of death, is erased.

She was willing to throw her father and mother under the bus to get out. This chick is a sociopath and should never be allowed to have another child or be around children for the rest of her life.

Does anyone believe our legal system works?

There are 2 legal systems: one for the rich and/or famous and one for everyone else.

Does anyone think it's wise to have public prosecutors who earn 1/10th of what private defense attorneys make and who have limited prosecution budgets "compete" against private-corporate financed defense attorneys? What kind of legal professional is going to accept a prosecutor's job --probably the C student in law school because the big law firms gobbled up the A and B students?

I think the Jury knew they would all become millionaires if they rendered a Not Guilty verdict rather than a Guilty verdict.

Should we thank the media for forcing this case down our throats for the past 2 years? Why Casey Anthony and not someone else? Was it because some fat idiot in New York decided she was pretty and ratings worthy?

Our legal system is another another American "system" that was fine in the Wig wearing/Musket firing Colonial days but has become irrelevant in contemporary time..... :facepalm

Excellent points.

And it does bother me to see the coverage of this, just the attitude behind it.
Coverage is good with an interesting case but they portray this as entertainment, like a damn reality show, kinda sick considering a baby was murdered.

I thought it was (District Attorney) a sort of 'gateway' job to big and better things. Don't you have to run for the position? In other words I thought astute individuals would like to be in that position. :dunno:

Either way you make some valid points. I still don't get her looks, although she is far from ugly, just really average looking to me.

Very very few American women do it for me, including in porn biz.

but if your in the states just look around, she doesn't have much competition.
Standards of beauty like almost all other standards in the states have plummeted.

I can't really complain about the system at all. We complain about high priced defense attorneys but in the overwhelming majority of cases they're just leveling the playing field (Maybe part of your point.). While prosecutors can't charge $500 an hour they do get a regular check as opposed to going out and generating business like pvt attys. Also most people tend to forget the prosecution has the budget of the state, it's services and experts at their disposal. And their witnesses in the form of cops usually are afforded the instant credibility of their uniforms.

The DA wasn't the (actual) person trying the case it was more than likely his/her lead prosecutor. The DA runs (heads up) the office. Sort of like the Sheriff of a county...he's not typically out there rounding up suspects....he is in charge of the office while his deputies do the (police) work.

I see what you mean but bear in mind she's trying to come across as a plain Jane for the court and jury so applying little makeup, seemingly too distraught to worry about her personal appearance. If she tried to look all made up she might lose sympathy or even make some of the women jurors jealous. She can look quite different with make up, almost like a different person although not really my cup of tea.

Oh fuck she's doing the ridiculous American girl duckface trend.
Now I know she's guilty.

Imagine if they did that back in Leo's day?

Just to clarify something here. :)

After just one month, the body wouldn't have been fully decomposed, in other words there would still have been measureable DNA after only 30 days. Remember, the body wasn't actually recovered for 6 months! During that time, the hot weather, rain (including a hurricane) took care of any forensic evidence. The girl's flesh, most of her clothing, much of the plastic bags that she was wrapped in were all gone, but yet somehow the duct tape was still on her naked skull even AFTER all the flesh that the tape was sticking to had melted away. Doesn' that make anybody stop and wonder?

My THEORY is that someone abducted the girl, killed her, and when it became clear the investigation was focused soley on Casey (because of her incredibly stupid choice to go out for drinks at a club and not immediately call police), the suspect quickly moved the body from whereever it had been hidden back to within a 1/2 mile of the Anthonys' home (an area which had already been searched by rescuers who at that time found NOTHING) and put the duct tape on the rotting face -- thus letting Casey take the fall. It's not a perfect theory, but it beats the hell out of the B.S. that both the defense and the state presented, IMO :dunno:

What do y'all think?

Yeah, or she killed her daughter, put her in the trunk until she found time out of her busy partying schedule to borrow her neighbors shovel and bury her in the woods.
