You're telling me! My dad died at 56 of a heart attack. My maternal grandfather died (WAYYY before I was born) at 48-49 of a heart attack. Then, when they did a heart cath on me, I found out that apparently my arteries are "naturally narrow", plus the "blockage" was in a tiny, delicate, and narrow location, so they opted to leave the blockage in place and treat the condition through medication and lifestyle change. So, needless to say, I have little room to play. Needless to say, I have been eating a lot more salmon and far less hamburgers these days! Ha ha ha!
