No not really.
I'm a little sad Korea is out. They fighted really good and could have won 2-1 as well. But yeah Uruguay has 2 or 3 chances and make 2 goals. The second one was a really fine thing. But the win was rather lucky.
That goal was a beauty. I still think the Yanks can take Uruguay, although we won't get ahead of ourselves yet.

USA seem to have repeated the mistake of their previous matches - weak pressurising of the opposition when they have the ball and allowing them too much space early on. On the evidence of what just happened with Asamoah breezing past the American defenders, they're still not closing them down quickly. With a side as fleet-footed as Ghana that could end up being fatal.

Hmmmmm. How did Findley miss that shot? What an assbag. Really shitty half by us. These are the come-from-behinders, however. I think they play better when they are down. Let's see what they do in the second half.
The game has started to open up now with the substitution of Feilhaber. The U.S, is starting to threaten and they are starting to stretch the Ghanian defense. I see an equalizer coming.
Where the hell was this team the first half? We should at least have a tie right now and maybe eve 2 scores.

How do you figure? Findley should've made his shot and we had at least another good try that should've went in.
If the U.S. advances Feilhaber should be in the starting lineup. I don't know why Bradley doesn't start him.

First half Ghana was clearly the better team, second half the US Boys. So the 1-1 is okay.
I think the USA are mentally stronger and will have an advantage in overtime. So they are going to either win it in overtime or with the penalty shootout.

Truly a shame how Ghana misses all of its chances, can't watch the match any longer. I really hoped that they could win it in 90 minutes
