Just out of curiosity, does the board put limits on the length of time a mod serves, or do you just need one, when another quits? I've noticed in the couple of years I've been here, that a few changes have been made, and was wondering if it was just a term limit thing, or if they were just no longer able to do it.

No term limits, just that they retired, or if the work load is high.

• Is there a pension plan with the position?
  
• What opportunities exist for promotion?
  
• Will I be able to work from my own initiative?
  
• Do I need to provide my own tissues?
