I'd have made the differential bigger, but
1) the weather concerns me - damp, cold, slippery turf?
2) USC's offense still looks less than stellar.
3) the line is 10, and I have a feeling the linemakers are pretty tuned in on this one, so much so that it'll be a game time decision whether I bet the Trojans or just watch the game.
The latest weather I saw was sunny and cool (maybe 50). Mark May of ESPN was joking that Big Boy purposely grew the grass long for the game, to slow down SC.
Skip Bayless of ESPN has it a 30-10 kind of game. He's a pretty sharp guy...
Notre Dame can't protect Jimmy and SC's DLine is for real. No shitting here, these guys are monsters who will wreak havoc all game long. I think we're going to sack Jimmy 6 times and maybe send him to the bench in tears :thefinger:

OK then, I think you've convinced me to open my wallet. When the Huskies pressured Clauson two weeks ago he looked really bad. Problem is they didn't bring it anywhere near often enough. Then again, Clauson was suffering with turf toe, which has probably healed since.

not a joke. they actually do grow it longer for SC. Does give an advantage too.
I think the Irish are going to score just fine - their problem isn't their offense. Clausen looks pretty good (even haters have to admit his last few performances have made it clear he can lead the team down the field), and the offensive line is pretty big/strong.
Their defense sucks like Gauge ends up sucking her babysitter. It is what will lose this game.
Not really a surprise, Jabba the Weis does have a creative mind for offense, but not for defense.

Baill, I just feel like this week is going to be an upset for my Boilermakers. Purdue is due to win a game. They've been close for about five weeks now. And since this is the only home game I've missed this year (a little under the weather), it would make sense for them to win today. They could get blown out of course, but I like to be optimistic.

Yeah you know I said the same thing and OU is starting to look better as the game goes on.
oklahoma could win this, if they could just stop dropping the damn ball. the OU defense looks good, and texas looks bad. but texas always picks up in the second half. i'd like texas to lose, though. i just love upsets.
OU's defense definitely came to play today.
