I'm thinking 10-6...that's going to be the score. Texas can play some D, too....this one has battle of the FGs written all over it...

I'm thinking the eyes of Texas will be upon that Trophy this year...

you can get texas +5.5 bet the farm..im a bama fan i dont bet against bama but add this up bama beat florida 32 13 19 points, looks like they should cover the 5.5 by a landslide this is early but bama 24 texas 22 however texas gave up 39 points against a & m better play better than that, because they are NOT putting up 50 on bama you can take that to the bank

Sorry to get in late, was in the middle east for the last 10 days and couldn't get to my favorite website!

I would say to all the Crimson Tide/Saban haters that I told ya so... but I'm bigger than that. :)

C'mon... Bama schedule wasn't tough. They only beat 1 team currently ranked in the top 25 on their schedule. Saturday they beat Florida, which now makes 2. This wasn't your typical SEC year.

With that said, I still think Alabama is the best team in the county, and it might not be close.

they knocked off 4 rank teams...and florida who was # 1 all year...walked through the sec undefeated..if bamas walk wasnt tough....whos was in your eyes . we agree on one thing, bama is the best team in the country, thats not trash talk , they showed you on the field....wasnt this much crying the year lsu won the NC after losing the last game of the season, thats what sucked bunches of ass. at least both teams are undefeated, we gunna have a 14 0 NC thats a beginning

Actually, I count 3... LSU, UF, and VT. Plus, 10 opponents on Bama's schedule are in bowl games. ;)

Three lullabies in an ancient tongue
anyone besides me think Alabama is gonna destroy Texas? McCoy struggles against good defenses. Bama will put 30 on Texas. I'm thinking 30-6. and I hate Saban and 'Bama

This is exactly the kind of stuff that I want everybody thinking. I want Alabama thinking it too....the coach, the players, the fans, the whole friggin' state. I want them thinking that all they have to do is show up and the title is theirs. Keep it up. Great post.

I tell you what it want be a blow out either way but I'm going with Texas 20-17 when They (the Longhorns)want to they can score against anyone wvwn Bama but I do think it will be low scoring and if Bama would win the scoring would be even lower.I think due to the long lay off anyway I'm making all my picks today and I'm banking on Texas I'm taking points over defense not saying Texas does not play defense but they have proved that they can light up the score board:hatsoff:

Wow, the great Virginia Tech. How did I forget them? My bad. :1orglaugh

Look, I'm not trying bash Alabama, I think they're a great team. But you're kidding yourself if you think they played some brutal schedule, because they didn't. Though, You Might have a case if you compare it to Texas'.

It's ok man, you've been consistent all year :)

And it's objectively true that Bama did play the toughest schedule of any top ranked team.

Hey I know a quick way to end this of the BCS teams lets look them up and see you had the toughest schedule:dunno:

Ok, did anyone besides UA in the top 10 beat 10 bowl-bound teams? ;)

But really it's difficult to quantify... I do think UT-Bama is the best matchup of the unbeatens, bottom line.

I don't know yet but here is somthing I found fucked up and funny at the same time If Army wins Saturday they are in a bowl game the Eagle Bank bowl and Theta will throw UCLA out it is a choice between those two and like I said in one of my eariler post that would be pretty cool to see all the military teams in a bowl game when was the last time that happened like I said I'm 28 and can't remember. So UCLA is I guess a big Navy fan right now.and as much as I want Navy to win it is hard not to cheer for Army just to see all three teams in a bowl game what do you guys think I'm just wondering and does anyone know when was the last time Army,Navy, and Air Force all played in a bowl game:dunno:

Hard to tell, but I think a lot of teams in the Pac 10 probably come close.

I think I read somewhere Oklahoma played the toughest schedule statistically, but don't hold me to that. Though, I don't see many of their opponents in bowl games.

It is a great match-up, but Texas might not be the best team in their own state.

If Colt plays well, then we might see a close one.

It is always good to see two undefeated teams go at it.Even with some one loss teams it is good to see some of them as well at least you know that it is the best team in the country. At the end of this season will we really know to be honest with you I would love to se a TCU-Alabama match up both teams are capable of scoring but those defenses are so dog-gone good I mean I think they are great. It is just sometimes the Tides'offense just shows up in spurts:dunno:

Congrats to the 'Noles for keeping them from going to UF...

But, the ESPN recruiting guru, Billy Tucker, who the hell is he? Could he even throw a pass to which this statement might come into play? --
(On Joyner) He lacks ideal height for the contested jump-ball matchup but masks it well with his excellent athleticism, leaping skills and competitiveness.

Tucker, dude....give it a rest. Statements like that make me wonder if you know anything or just parrot back crap that you think Mel Kiper would say....:dunno:

The problem is we will end the college football season with 2 possibly 3 undeafeated teams, so really nothing was solved.
