smoknn....would....you....please....use....the....spacebar....between....sentences....instead...of....overusing....punctuation?

seriously, your posts are irritating to read for that reason alone. Just one little concession? I might start reading your posts again if you do.

Big day tomorrow in the PAC. Hopefully my Ducks stomp on the Beavs and score a much deserved (if not totally surprising, considering how the season started) trip to Pasadena. The offense will be rolling, but if Alliotti doesn't get his act together, the defense is going to roll over for the Rodgers brothers and force Masoli and James to run up the score to stay ahead. I'm praying for the D that played Cal and SC to show up, and not the Pop Warner unit that's been playing the last couple of games.

Here's hoping for a good game, and an Oregon win! Go Ducks!

Why do you feel you need to knock on Florida St?

Don't you remember when Alabama was mediocre? It was only a couple of seasons ago. I don't remember Alabama having 14 straight top five finishes.

Don't you know Florida has one of the best CB in the country? Florida doesn't need to double cover Julio, especially considering the was he's been playing this season:1orglaugh. Julio got most of his catches on the underneath routs, mainly because they couldn't hit anything deep.... and that was against Auburn! Imagine when they play Florida?

I think the SEC championship could get ugly. The only way Alabama can stay close is if they can play great on special teams.

im gunna hush, and let the chips fall where they may, however i will say this i know what its gunna take to beat bama,if florida can, nobody else can beat florida, and i dont think florida can get the job done!:wave2:

You guys are in the same boat as Texas you have one more game you have to win and on top of that Texas has a dual threat QB that can hurt you running and passing. You should know this and count your blessing you pulled Auburn out of your ass a game they should have won:rolleyes:

that great qb beat every dishwater weak team on the list huh?? give up 39 points on a sec team, you get your first loss miss st vandy south carolina georgia arkansa you may wanna ask clemson, they found out the hard way saturday:wave:

I'm seeing Texas -vs- Florida in the National Championship game.

Only time will tell.

The final Lurking Predictions of the regular season.

Oregon St. over Oregon by 7
Cincinnati is going to absolutely cream Pitt.
Alabama is going to beat Florida in Overtime
USC will struggle against Arizona, but win.
Texas is going to blow the crap out of Nebraska.

Your lack of (....) makes me weak at the knees. Thank you. I'll have a boner all evening in your honour.

More than we'd usually agree at this point in the week, I guess? I think Florida is in more trouble than anyone is admitting, though. They certainly won't win be a full three-score.

Now be generous. We're making progress on punctuation at least!

I think Cincy v Pitt should be a close game. It may be the best game of the week actually. I don't think Brian Kelly has his mind on the ND job at the moment. ND can wait. If ND won't wait to talk to Kelly then Kelly will stay at Cincy, go to another BCS game next year and then wait until the next major program comes knocking on his door :dunno:

Oregon will destroy the Beavs

USC will destroy Arizona

Florida will destroy Bama

Texas will win by 14 over Nebraska. The Big12 Championship game has a history of the severe underdog beating the heavily favored team. Texas stunned Nebraska in the very first Big 12 Championship game (in 1996?) It might be revenge time for the Huskers? (Or not)...

^^provocative, titsR., but I'm afraid I'm going to have to politely disagree.

Unless you prove to be correct, in which case I'm going to start throwing folding chairs at you.

thankyouandhaveaniceday.

This week's 10 point teaser bet: Arizona (+17), Texas (-4), Wisconsin (-2 1/2)

also a small bet on Arizona at +7

I'm saying my Hail Marys that my Ducks win, and they should, but I can't back them with cash money for fear of jinxing them lol

For your sake and sanity--don't have any $$$ riding on your quacks. A win is a win is a win...just enjoy the game! I guess the potential bust game is Wisconsin? Although...even great USC teams haven't had their way with Zona in the past. Getting 17 and Zona looks like a stone cold lock!

My friend, I'm just sayin' I don't see Cincy blowing this game because Kelly's mind is on ND. And, if ND is impatient (since they hired a search firm looks like they are being patient), then Kelly will have options next year, basically. One of those options could be the 'Noles if Jimbo fucks up next year :thefinger

I usually hate the Pac-10, but it's been the best conference in football this season. Just wish we could get a game over here on the east coast.

Can't wait for Oregon-Oregon St! :D

I heard of a funny drinking game for the SEC CG Saturday night.... you must drink every time the announcers refer to Timmeh Tebow.

I guarantee you'll be plastered by halftime!

Had Pitt beaten WVU I might be tempted to go with them to take out the Bearcats but I think Cincinnati will close out their schedule with a win in a close one.

Oregon over Oregon St.

USC over Arizona

Florida-Alabama will be a defensive bloodletting. It will be a close game. I think Florida will win (who would you rather have as your QB for a winning scoring drive....Tim Tebow or Greg McElroy?) but I will give Alabama a puncher's chance IF somehow Igram can run against the Gator defense. If he can't, 'bama can't win. If I'm Urban Meyer, my whole defensive game plan is geared around making McElroy beat me through the air. That's why Florida should prevail.

Texas-Nebraska will be a tough game as well but I see the 'horns walking away with it. After they took their foot off the gas pedal against A & M, I'm sure that Mack Brown will have his team focused on the task at hand. If somehow Nebraska pulls the upset....is it TCU or Cincinnati that gets the BCS nod for the national championship? I say the Bearcats should get it (if they can beat Pitt of course) since they are in a BCS conference. How can the BCS pick an at-large team if one of their conference champions is undefeated?

Lastly....in the C-USA title game, Houston over East Carolina.
