I am tired of Rich Rod and Michigan sucking so badly. It's not right that the arch enemy and winningest team in the history of College Football isn't even relevant and won't go to a bowl for the second year in a row. (After going to a bowl for 33 straight years after Rich Rod got there and 40 straight winning seasons)

This whole movement is a just a shameless attempt by Nike to sell more of their shit. Leave the fucking uniforms alone.....they've worked just fine so far. Greedy motherfuckers and stupid chumps who fall into their trap by eagerly buying up their garbage. Same thing with these fucking "retro" unis in the NFL. If I have to see one more game with the Kansas City Chiefs wearing a helmet with the state of Texas emblazoned upon it I think I may just kick in my TV screen.

If you're offended by that, you should see what my Broncos have been wearing.

Oh I've seen 'em. "Diarrhea brown and mustard yellow" I think are the colors. Oh, and the "court jester" leotard-style leggings are a real nice touch as well! They look really good when the refs are wearing their red striped "Jiffy Lube" unis to complement!

Is Ivan Maisel correct? Has this season's CFB season been a bust? Have we all been victims of a ponzi scheme?

Interesting article. I find it hard to argue with him.

Where's the return counter?

I want my money back.

It is the third week in November -- the traditional beginning of rivalry season -- and the best game is No. 11 Oregon at unranked Arizona.

Ohio State versus Michigan? Three years ago, the so-called best rivalry in college football gave us No. 1 vs. No. 2, the last such regular-season game. This year, the Wolverines have lost six consecutive Big Ten games and hope that an upset of the No. 10 Buckeyes will get them into the Little Caesars Pizza Bowl.

It is the third week in November. No. 1 Florida is playing Florida International, No. 2 Alabama is playing Chattanooga, an FCS school, and what was the Southeastern Conference thinking when it cooked this up?

It would be one thing if this were a rare occurrence. But college football has gone vegan on us. More weeks than not, the schedule included no meat. We've gotten one game a week featuring two Top-25 teams, maybe two.

I want my money back.

I'm having this dream in which the new BCS executive director is not Bill Hancock but Bernie Madoff. The college football season is four weeks from concluding, and I'm still waiting to see the returns it promised me in August.

The preseason rankings? No. 3 Oklahoma is 6-4 and looks good only in comparison to No. 4 USC.

Penn State, the preseason No. 9, lost to the only two good teams it played. And lost both at home. By more than 10 points.

The best player in college football threw 14 passes before he got helped off the field. Sooner quarterback Sam Bradford's attempt to win a second consecutive Heisman didn't make it out of the first half of the Sooners' first game.

Tim Tebow is leading No. 1 Florida toward a second consecutive national championship and third in four years. Yet the Gators' offense too often resembles a '75 Corolla with a balky clutch. Tebow is having a good season until you compare it to his previous two.

If this were the Oscars, the Florida senior quarterback would win the Irving Thalberg Award, the statuette given for career achievement. Until I see Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin calling the game in Pasadena on Jan. 7, this isn't the Oscars.

Texas quarterback Colt McCoy has been playing as predicted -- since Oct. 24. The identity of the player wearing the burnt orange No. 12 prior to that date is unknown. Not that McCoy didn't play like himself for half the season, but he resembled less Colt than he did Buccaneer or Raider.

None of this is to say that the Heisman candidates who have risen in their stead are not good players. Most of them play this position referred to as "running back." Kids, ask your fathers. They remember when "running backs" won the Heisman every year. It was back when there were such things as '75 Corollas. And clutches.

So I want my money back.

Like I said earlier.....

Is it me.... or does this college football season suck!?

We just don't have the same quality of teams we had a year ago. Florida, Alabama, Texas, are all notches below where they were a year ago. Last years USC team would crush any of the current top teams... and they(USC) were only the 4th or 5th best team last year.

There's some great match-ups next week though! The top ranked teams play Chattanooga, Florida International, Kansas, Wyoming, Illinois, and Utah State. How fun!

There's another interesting article in Sports Illustrated about how fans view other teams and conferences. They made a poll and this is how it turned out....

Me thinkee the Hawk will be joining Big Boy Weis in the unemployment line shortly. I think Colorado is heading in the wrong direction and a change needs to be made. The Dan Hawkins experiment is a complete failure...

I miss Lloyd Carr already, he had a couple good teams to make it the grandest rivalary in my book. 122-40 is a solid record and a National Championship.

I liked the Bears and the Browns throwbacks.

I love Corso to death but honestly, is it time for him to hang up the mic? I literally cringe when it's his turn to speak. If he goes on for more than one sentence I have to mute the tv. It's kind of like trying to listen to Keith Jackson in his later days of broadcasting...

It's never any fun for me to watch someone who just doesn't have it anymore. The guy is a GameDay icon and it won't be nearly the same without him but it's pretty painful to listen to him sometimes.

Is it time for him to go?

Really you think so he looks a little lost sometimes but i think he is really funny.I think he has a little left in the tank

He's great and the funniest person on the show.....when he can remember what he's supposed to say.

Good point that does help when you can remember what you have to say.So how do you feel about the Ohio State-Michigan game I know it is not what it use to be but i think it should be great Michigan is fighting for a bowl spot

It doesn't look good at all. We would have a fighting chance if Brandon Minor were in the backfield and as it stands if RBs Michael Shaw or Vincent Smith don't do something extraordinary to keep M on the field and tosu O on the sidelines...it might get ugly.

Our defense is utterly hapless...we have walk-ons logging significant mins at LB and S ....and we just don't play nearly fast enough or read plays well at all.

That said, we've been migrating (thankfully but too late) to a 4-4 firezone blitz package from a 3-3 base. If anything it might free Brandon Graham up who is one of the best Ends in the entire country but has been bottled up for the most part by the 3-3 and lack of talent (help) along the DL.

Michigan will be :sing: the Victors today when it's all said and done and will be bowl eligible.
