It appears that ESPN has a prejudice against Arsenal because the Gooners haven't been on ESPN for CL except maybe once in the group stage...I believe ManU, Chelski and Liverpool and Barca have had every game broadcast on ESPN...so...I didn't get a chance to see this epic Roma/Arsenal game...

All the "online" sites I tried to find for the game are worthless. Justintv...complete shite.

out of the 3 matchups... I think Manchester outplayed Inter in both matches... but Juventus vs Chelsea... I think Juve was much better playing teamwork than Chelsea!!

Roma vs Arsenal they did not show live here in Brazil... so can't talk about it!!

From what I saw in the English/Italian matches. Chelsea/Juventus was close but Chelsea just edged it iver the 2 legs for me. Inter/Man U could have gone either way, it's just Inter missed to many chances. The Arsenal/Roma tie was even and penaltys are a lottery.

As for other games Liverpool dominated Real, Bayern smashed Sporting. Didn't see any of the other games.

I agree with you in all matches except for the Juve/Chelsea match... Chelsea was just a little bit better in Stamford Bridge... that last shot by Nedved which was a close one... if it was a goal we would qualify I think... in Olimpico di Torino Juventus was much better than Chelsea but the referee was so bad and made calls only for Chelsea... if you see again before the Chelsea goal the referee didn't call one foul on Grygera by Anelka and then they tied in the last minute and Juve had to score 2 goals... we almost did....

Next season Juve will be stronger and we'll knockout Chelsea... I hope for a new matchup next season so we can revenge!!

The teams I hope my gunners avoid in the next CL round...Liverpool and Bayern. They look unstoppable in the CL. Although...Klose just broke his ankle. He might be out for the rest of the bundesliga and CL. I don't know how he's affected the Bayern squad this year. No GOL TV, no bundesliga anymore here where I live...

Strangely...spurs actually proved useful today by beating Villa! Yay to Arsenal's chances at finishing in the Top 4!

Of course the Goooners are playing out of their minds at the moment in the premiership...they just put the boots to Blackburn and from what I saw it could've been much, much worse for Blackburn...

there's this new player in Santos FC (my favorite Brazilian soccer team)... Diego, Robinho, Elano, Alex, Renato played in Santos some years ago and they're now all over Europe... this guy is called Neymar... he's very talented... he has contract with Santos until 2014 and the fee to take him out is over EUR 30 million... any of you heard of him???

Santos beat Mogi Mirim last night 3-0 and he scored the third goal... he's brilliant... good skills!!

these are his plays in the last 2 matches of Santos... I hope he plays in Santos until the end of his contract but I know it's hard as Europeans teams are always checking the brazilian new players and I'm sure in 2010 or 2011 he's in Europe... I hope he signs with Juve!!

they have Lukas Podoslki to play in his place... I think Podoslki / Luca Toni is much better than Klose / Luca Toni!!

I think we can breathe a sigh of relief Omega....Villa have fear in their eyes. Arsenal are flying right now. As long as Le Professeur keeps Bendtner and Denilson on the bench and starts Eduardo and Alex Song....we are tough. I like Bendtner. I just like him coming off the bench. He's usually really affected especially against a tired defense.

If we're talking best goals ever, Superzlatan could be on that list with almost every shot he has netted until this day, but that would be my top three list:

1. Sweden vs Italy (EM 2004)

2. Ajax vs NAC

3. Inter vs Bologna

the Bergkamp goal is really amazing too... I love seeing beautiful goals!!

These are the top goals of my team (Santos FC) that I can remember of now:

1) Santos vs Guarani (Giovanni's goal... what a goal)
2) Santos vs Corinthians (Alberto bicycle goal)
3) Santos vs Defensor Sporting (Ze Roberto lob goal)
4) Santos vs Bahia (we won 7x4... the goal from way back by Robinho at the 00:10 mark... also look at Robinho's play at the 01:26 mark which Diego scored)

I don't know if you guys remember of Giovanni (he played for Barcelona and Olympiakos... he started his career in Santos and now he's playing in Mogi Mirim... he might play in Santos again to end his career)... I was watching this highlights of Giovanni!!

I prefer his goal against NAC than the one against Italy...

Admittedly, the goal against Breda shows more technical skill, but for me the goal against Italy is such a freak shot, and it came in stoppage time and it was an equaliser...and I was heavily drunk while watching it and just couldn't believe it.
