Luckily, I had tried it before the goofball showed up here. The regular tastes like powdered BacO's, the smoked is actually pretty decent. Both work well in mashed potatoes, or green beans. Things like that. I tried it on popcorn, but, bleh.

Having owned both Mustangs and VW's (Jettas), I like the Mustangs more, BUT, the VW offers a better ride, especially over the v6 Pony. Have you thought about a newer Mustang 6 shooter?

Alton is also a truly cool guy in real life. He's funny, approachable, and genuinely friendly. The schtick on his show is just that, but it works. He claims he isn't a chef, but a cook. I also love Alex Guarnaschelli.
