Shouldn't it be ******* for .... these new hair **** tester labs to be able to test an anonymous strand of hair for current or past usage of pot or ***** ?
Shouldn't a DNA match ***** sample or some type of consent medium be mandatory for these labs to carry on with their business of assaulting the character of people, just because they CAN ? These labs make an enormous amount of money doing what they do, shouldn't there be some legislation to put the brakes on these egregious and intrusive
insurance company protectorates ?
As a general rule, I'm against pre employment **** testing because what I myself or my sub contractors do on a weekend or on vacation doesn't have any bearing on our performance at work. We're adults and we perform as such when on the job. Now, if an employer wishes to conduct on the job sobriety tests to confirm that their employees are sober, I don't have trouble with that because the employees are on company time, but this idea that society and the politicians are allowing for this creepy incrementally encroaching intervention into our lives outside of our employ just has to stop !
What better way is there to be black mailed if you happen to smoke a little pot here and there and some a hole in your ****** or at work somehow fishes up a strand of your hair solely for the purposes of destroying your character ? Just think of all of the mediums that are available for us to destroy each other these days....... and we're using them because they're convenient, somebody is making a profit doing it and THEY CAN !
