Nothing. The female body is beautiful in all shapes and sizes. If I was God I would make more people have self esteem and to love themselves how they are.

The only thing I can think of is less hair (like, neck down.)...I don't really care about it much, but it would be less of a hassle for the woman. Other than that, the female body is perfection.

I would change their brains. I would add a switch that would render them helpless when a man says a code word and then they are at the man's mercy whether it be sex or just make a sandwich.
