i agree with the HHH/Taker scenario... he should have gave him a pedigree but considering how taker couldnt even pull of the 2nd Ped from HHH (he couldnt land the move correctly) and it didnt look like he took "damage" from a finisher but sold it like he was shot...i questioned him being able to give the move and land hard on those creaky undertaker legs. i think Taker needs to retire now.
they bump the US title match :dunno:
Cole v Lawler was pretty terrible.. did anyone hear swagger call lawler "cole" at the beginning of the match? when cole was doing "calf raises" on jerry's leg swagger came over and yelled into lawler's face "how do you like that cole?"
NO TITLE CHANGES AT A WRESTLEMANIA??? well there was only 2 on the line anyway.
i called the re-start of the Miz v Cena match. my friend was staring at the tv,mouth agape, and i said "show will never end on a double-count out its too lame, rock is going to come out and re-start the match" my friend asked how? and no sooner than that the GM email comes.... i said "that's how!"

Finally... did anyone else notice the fucking annoying as fuck ...fucking asshole guy in the 1st row on the left side with the blue atlanta #44 jersey? who couldnt stay in his fucking seat, had to try to be "that guy" by always standing up,looking around, saying stuff to EVERY wrestler, looking back at the crowd behind him.then he changes and is wearing a fur coat (like morrison) ...then changes again to a Cavs jersey with the #23 "X'd" out!!
if i sat behind him i think i would have thrown him over the fucking barrier!! FUCKING ANNOYING FUCKFACE!

Only matches I really liked were Taker/HHH and Cody/Mysterio. Glad that Rhodes was put over. He's on to good things this year. Disappointed they didn't put the strap on Del Rio. They also should've made that into a 3-way with Christian. Another missed opportunity.

The WWE match was boring until the Rock introduced himself. The rest was meh. Can't believe they buried the old Nexus yet again on a big PPV stage. First Barrett and Co got defeated badly by Cena on his own, even after a DDT on concrete, and now gets beaten under 2 mins by Big Show and his lackeys.

the hardcore title was so entertaining, there were fights in dumpsters, bathrooms, rivers, bars,

Totally agree, the days of Al Snow and Hardcore Holly having hardcore matches outside in rivers were amazing. I remember that match in Cleveland still to this day, APA in bar brawls etc. Great times, such a shame they nixed all the good stuff.

hardcore holly, al snow, raven, crash holly, and steve blackman, were the best harcore champions of all time

i am well aware that most hardcore matches in the wwe were very short and there was very minimal wrestling involved in these matches, but for these guys to take repeated shots to the head with chairs, signs, and trash cans was pretty epic

^ Crash Holly was the best Hardcore champ in my opinion, seeing him have to defend it in airports and video arcades/ ball pits was so awesome. I loved the Hardcore championship just because it had that element of surprise and you never knew when or where someone would lose it. Another thing I miss about the Hardcore title is Raven coming out with his shopping cart of weapons haha that was pretty funny.

dont forget he defended the title in a laundry mat against the mean street possie

i liked how raven always had a tree in his shopping cart full of weapons, yet he never actually used it

The Great One will be on RAW again tonight. Don't get me wrong, I love having The Rock on WWE programming again, but something needs to happen with this angle. Hopefully, the announcement that he plans to make involves him having a match with Cena either at Extreme Rules or Summer Slam. Surely WWE has something in mind. They wouldn't just let their champion and #1 contender be buried by a legend making a one-off appearance. At least I hope not. There's not really a payoff there other than seeing Cena take a Rock Bottom. I'm not really interested in watching these two verbally spar. They need to settle it in the ring.

And for fuck's sake, if you're going to keep the title on The Miz, let the man get a clean win. The finish to last night's match tells me that they weren't extremely confident in letting him headline the biggest PPV of the year. In other words, they needed Rock to end it with a bang because nobody was really interested in just seeing a Cena v. Miz match. There isn't any heat there. The crowd was completely apathetic (apart from booing Cena) for most of the match because they knew Rock was going to be making an appearance. It had to be one of the worst main event matches in WM history.

i whole heartedly agree. i hate the non clean wins just to "save face" for the other guy. i told my friend that it will probably be LIKE IT ALWAYS IS  Miz retains at wrestlemania just to lose the following night and lose the Belt on RAW. there were no title changes at WM there has to be something big about to happen on RAW tonight

Not to mention it takes a ton of talent to do that. And it's not like concussions are dangerous.

Totally agree with the first part. I would like to see Miz get some more quality wins.

As for the crowd being apathetic, I think Miz was actually getting some face cheers.

Does anyone if there's a way to see the whole Hall of Fame ceremony? I want to see Sunny get inducted but they had Drew Carey shown instead.

Buy the Wrestlemania DVD.

Damn, Orton and Mysterio both got a great pop at the end of that match. It was a little slow at the start, but they had a great finish. At some point though, I wouldn't mind seeing Punk pick up a win over Orton.

how is drew carey able to be in the wwe hall of fame

all i remember him ever doing was trying to pay off kane in one of the royal rumbles and then eliminating himself

did he even do anything else in the wwe?

Once, I overheard a special ed kid singing "Someone Like You" by Rod Stewart.
...and that was the most retarded thing I ever heard until the WWE announced a match for Wrestlemania a year ahead.

Well, he's in the "Celebrity Wing" of the Hall of Fame. No different than Pete Rose, Will "The Refrigerator" Perry, and Bob Uecker.

Wow except for the Cole/Lawler angle, it was a great Raw in my opinion, I don't know why WWE is so inconsistent and how they pull off a terrible Wrestlemania but the next day they have a good Raw. Bourne vs Del Rio was good and had the potential to be great if they gave them more time, Rey and Orton vs Rhoades and Punk was great and Orton/Rey make a good team, hint hint, WWE. The mixed tag match was pretty good, Sin Cara making his debut by getting an insane amount of air was awesome too. I could really care less about the Rock/Cena angle, booking a match 364 days in advance is stupid, how are they going to carry the storyline without people getting bored? If they find a way to keep people entertained for 51 weeks well I guess the payoff would be good but that is a REALLY long time, should have been Summerslam instead.
