New WWE Talent Fear Name Changes
by Nick Paglino
Jul 10, 2010

F4WOnline.com is reporting that several generational wrestlers who are currently in developmental are worried that WWE will change their names if/when they get called up to the main roster. In light of WWE changing NXT rookie names, like Husky Harris and Michael McGillicutty, for example, some first generation WWE stars are upset that their children might have to endure name changes as well.

I agree, one of the benefits of being a generational wrestler is that you already have a gimmick set for you.

It's one thing if the name change is something like Harry Smith to David Hart Smith. That name honors his father, mother and uncles.

It's a completely different story when the name change is Joe Hennig to Michael McGillicutty.

I just finished watching the Divas match (Alicia Fox vs. Gail Kim) and I have to say something. The match wasn't bad, except for one thing. The same thing that just doesn't seem to get better week after week.

Alicia Fox's Axe Kick finisher. She's gonna hurt somebody with that, it's so damn sloppy. One week she's hitting her opponent in the head; the next she's hitting them square in the back. Not only that, it's never a clean hit. She keeps sliding across them at the same time.

She needs to either learn to wait until her opponents are set perfectly or get another finishing move.

the divas match was a joke... Fox ain't shit... why have the talent Gail kim fight eve for the title... that would be a great match...

Don't you just love it when WWE starts fabricating facts? Edge just said that he won more Money in the Bank ladder matches than anyone else. Wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CM Punk won 2 MITB matches and Edge won 1. Edge is tied with CM Punk for having cashed in 2 briefcases because he defeated Mr. Kennedy for his briefcase.

2005 = Edge - cashed in on John Cena
2006 = Rob Van Dam - cashed in on John Cena
2007 = Mr. Kennedy - lost briefcase to Edge who cashed it in on Undertaker
2008 = CM Punk - cashed in on Edge
2009 = CM Punk - cashed in on Jeff Hardy
2010 = Jack Swagger - cashed in on Chris Jericho

Why JR Was Pulled From WWE Intro, Bellas/Guest Host Future

It's being reported that Jim Ross was removed from WWE's opening TV video package as a punishment for appearing on camera at the UFC 116 event. As we reported on the site, Ross did an interview with Ariel Helwani at UFC 116, which showed video footage of Ross in attendance at the event along with Bill Goldberg, Steve Austin and Paul Heyman. However, since Ross is the only of those guys currently under contract with WWE, he was the one that WWE went after, and has subsequently replaced his voice in the intro with that of Michael Cole.

It's being said that after last night's Raw show, which featured Florence Henderson as the guest host, it appears as if the guest host concept might be on its last legs. One source noted that this might be bad news for The Bella Twins, as they are generally only used on Raw as "arm pieces" for the guest hosts. As seen in recent weeks, The Bellas have been relegated to appearances on Superstars, and it is unclear what their future on Raw will hold. It should be noted that although the Raw guest host concept has NOT been scrapped, WWE has no guest hosts booked for future shows at this time.

I know they probably went over it 20 times before the show but, that RKO Orton hit on Evan Bourne in mid-air from his back was the sickest thing I've seen on RAW since Austin/Mcmahon!

There can be NO doubt, Orton is the best wrestler in the world right now and should be given the top spot over these 2 goofs, Cena and Shaemus!!

That was the best RKO I had ever seen. It makes me wonder if they had practiced it many times before hand or did they just discuss it and do it because Orton had to be quick and precise to protect Evan Bourne.

I'm sure they went over it a few times maybe not with his Moonsault but with just an ordinary splash, just to get the timing down.:dunno:

Backstage Update: Undertaker Back In Time For SSlam Or Not?
by Matt Boone
Jul 13, 2010

According to F4WOnline.com, there is no guarantee right now that The Undertaker will be healthy enough for a return at the upcoming SummerSlam PPV as originally planned.

The report claims it will be touch and go, and the next set of tapings post-PPV will decide whether or not he'll be able to return in time or not.

wow could they have screwed that up a little more by changing cameras mid-move? i see what happened and sorta see the whole move but that camera change was not a good choice. if they showed the replay it MUST look better
