Nice, Iamforever, sounds like you know a lil about the Classy Blassie!
Smackdown is on tonight! Looks like this thread is getting slower.
I'm telling ya, give Smackdown a chance tonight if you are able to watch. Just give it another chance. Actually to start liking a show you will probably have to follow it for a month.
Kane looked bad ass tonight. They had him tag team with Boogeyman. I am not a Boogyman fan, but it was cool the way Kane stared at him.
I have always had the upmost respect for Kane.
Did you by chance catch the RAW episode back in 2001 or 2002 wear Triple H had sex with the corpse? If so what were your thoughts on that.
why is the boogeyman not undertaker's bitch yet? :dunno:
Very good question. I am not a fan of Boogeyman. I think he plays his character VERY VERY WELL. The thing I cant stand is him eating those worms. That makes me sick thinking about it.
I respect him for his willing to do whatever it takes to play his character, but I just HATE watching him eat worms. He really is not that good of a wrestler either.
but boogeyman will never have what kane has. talent.
um, you win. :1orglaughI concur. That means I agree.
i never liked his look or wrestling ability. i think jindrak had better ability. Now continuing on from the pound for pound thread.
A few wrestlers have dipped their feet into the MMA world.
Sean O'Haire, who is one of my favorite wrestlers, but got his ass kicked in MMA.
nope. he bitched out. at least lesnar followed through.Goldberg... Not sure if he ever ended up fighting in Japan or not.
i really thought he would go there, and was pissed when i first found out that he signed with tna.Angle has been offered a very lucrative deal to do so, but is hesitant
Undertaker likes MMA. Doubt he would up well at first. I am sure if he was trained he could do a damn good job. For a big man he is very quick.
he doesnt know, or have the capability, for quick reversals. he is too tall. i agree that he can throw some punches, but as a real fighter. in MMA, he wont last a month. undertaker is not a fighter. he is a puncher. a boxer. thats not fighting. fighting takes a hell of a lot more than punches. what gives wrestlers the edge to fight MMA, is their ability to have numerous escapes from submission holds. benoit and angle can hold their own. no way can they beat emililanko, but they would be midcard status. undertaker cant hold his own with those fighters. :2 cents:
Any other wrestlers you would like to add?
off the top of my head, no.but give me time. im sure i can think of one.
i think jindrak had better ability.
You bet Jindrak had better ability. Jindrak is one of my all time favorites. He ranks up there with William Regal in my book. I know he was really not one of the greatest, but he was a personal favorite of mine.
I did not know Lesnar ended up doing MMA. How many fights did he have and did he win? Who did he fight? This is news to me as I have never heard anything about it.
he is too tall. id much rather fight a tall guy than a small guy.Not really any arguements here on your Undertaker thoughts. I agree with you for the most part. The only thing I think I could really argue is that I think he does have the quickness to do reversals.
Taker knows lots of wrestling holds and escapes. I dont think it would take him long to learn more. Believe it or not Taker can wrestle when he wants to.
I do think he is getting too old for MMA.
I agree that he is a puncher, but in order to do MMA he would really have to improve more there.
I think his size and strength alone would be the biggest help for him.
i have never read a wrestling book. not when mankind started it, and not now. i watch the dvds. my favorite besides austins, was brets. i didnt get up for anything. i loved his biography. andre's was quite interesting too.As far as your Regal thoughts go I can argue a little there. His character is the typical foreign heel. Regal is one of the top five if not the top three technical wrestlers in the world. Watch the match on Benoits DVD that those two had.
You are correct about him being in the business to give advice, knowledge, and training to those younger wrestlers. Read Regals book if you get a chance. It is very good. Then again I know you said you only like baseball books.
I am never going to watch Wrestling again if:
Batista regains the title
MVP beats benoit
or Cena retains his title
I am never going to watch Wrestling again if:

all of those have already happened and will happen again.
