I think when he says negotiations he means that its just for a one-time thing. I don't think Goldberg would even want to come back full time.

Wow, tonight's event sucked for the most part. But it was way better than last year's pre-mania SmackDown.

Next week could be really good. Imagine a Jericho/Edge rematch for the title. It sounds like dreaming, but oh well.

I agree. I wouldn't be surprised if he did some kind of a run-in during the Hart/McMahon match at 'Mania.

I doubt he's going to come back full time, however "negotiations" could cover a wide range of things. I imagine Bret Hart's initially 4-month return required some "negotiations". I imagine Joe Mauer's HUGE long-term contract required some "negotiations". There's a lot of difference makers between coming back as an attraction and coming back full time. An attraction could be used to boost ratings for awhile, like the Hart thing leading up to Mania. (I also hold a most sincere hope that the Hart Dynasty will be given a chance to shine here). Could be Goldberg is being called upon to work a storyline on RAW as they're now in direct competition with TNA. Could be Vince is feeling the pinch after all. In a deal like this, Goldberg holds all the cards - I doubt he needs the money, he has work (if you call reality shows work), he's in the driver's seat. I doubt you'll see him work house shows, but he'd be a nice difference maker for awhile since both 'Taker and Shawn "Ego" Michaels are rumoured to be taking some serious time off after 'Mania.:2 cents:

It may be dreaming, after the way the stupid "spear" angle has killed all the heat in this feud and made it simply annoying. Here's hoping the match outshines the preamble and we're left with a workable feud afterwards, which drops that hateful "Spear, spear, spear".

or...

Christian wins MITB and finally gets to work a feud against a suddenly heel Edge. :glugglug:

The official WrestleMania 26 program lists a ten-diva tag match. The match was never announced officially on WWE television even though they began the small build to towards the match.

The match will be Beth Phoenix, Mickie James, Gail Kim, Kelly Kelly & Eve Torres vs. Vickie Guerrero, Michelle McCool, Layla, Maryse & Alicia Fox.

Whether or not the match will be a non-televised DVD bonus match or a late addition to the actual WM26 line-up remains to be seen.

Ultimate Warrior Reveals Why He Turned Down WWE HOF
by Matt Boone
Mar 26, 2010

The Ultimate Warrior recently posted a new blog stating that he would not be in attendance at WrestleMania this Sunday, nor the Hall Of Fame on Saturday.

Warrior mentioned that he declined WWE's invitation to enter the HOF. The reason Warrior gave was basically contributed to WWE's portrayal of his career in wrestling on the "Self Destruction of The Ultimate Warrior" DVD. He said that the DVD painted Warrior out to be a nut case, unprofessional and a bad wrestler and if that was the case, why would they be inducting him into their Hall Of Fame.

Sorry Warrior but even Bret Hart said you were a "A" class nut ball, your treatment of "Make-A-Wish" kids was terrible, and you were a horrible wrestler and at the time he said and wrote it he had absolutely nothing to do with WWE.

Austin Speaks On Any Interest In One More Match w/ Goldberg
by Matt Boone
Mar 26, 2010

WWE Hall Of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin was recently a guest on The BJ Shea Morning Experience on KISW.com. When asked about the Bill Goldberg comment about wanting one more match against Austin in WWE, "Stone Cold" responded with the following:

"You know that would be fun working with Bill. I’ve always liked Bill and gotten along with him. I haven’t talked to him in quite sometime, he’s a good guy. But no for me, I’m going to leave well enough alone, I rode off into the sunset and my health is good right now. I have another couple of matches left in my body but I won’t choose to exercise those matches."

Austin continued:

"I don’t want to go out there and be 90-95% of what Stone Cold Steve Austin was because I’m not going to sack and do it all, but I could be close, but that’s not good enough and there’s really no point in it. It’s not going to take me any farther in my acting career so it would be all for naught. I love my fans, I love that business, but I want to be remembered for what I was not for what I ended up being."

Goldberg Gives Another Reason Why He May Return To WWE
by Matt Boone
Mar 26, 2010

The following is a new tweet from the official Twitter page of Bill Goldberg:

"BTW..my desire to return to the wrestling world in any capacity is based on the fact that if I continue to let my issues with the business......stand in the way, I'd be very selfish. Times have changed and I don't work for people anymore.....I work with them. I control my destiny."

Was that money real?

Article

For those wondering, that was real money that dropped from the ceiling at last night's Hall of Fame ceremony with The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase. While there were $100 dollar bills bring dropped, there also were some $5 dollar bills.
