WWE shot an angle at last night's Miami Heat-Phoenix Suns game that included superstar NBA player Shaquille O'Neal's first WWE involvement in several years.

After the game, in which the Heat lost, Carlito started taunting Heat player Jason Williams, which led to Williams' teammate O'Neal coming up from behind and hitting Carlito with a chair.

Footage will be available on WWE.com later today.
-- Despite the angle on WWE.com, there are no plans for Shaquille O'Neal to work either Royal Rumble or WrestleMania — the Miami Heat have road games on the dates of both pay-per-views.

the chair shot is the biggest pussy of a chair shot I've ever seen, might as well have just hit him with a teddy bear

Does he have jurisdiction in every state in the US or just Miami? Yeah, we knew it was a gimmick because Shaq's a part time cop.

Title Match Added To Royal Rumble, HBK & More

Shawn Michaels was recently interviewed by IGN.com. In the interview, when WrestleMania was mentioned, Michaels said that he was trying to find something special that he's never done before for the PPV and suggested working The Rock, but Rock shot down the idea. Rock has publicly downplayed the idea of facing Michaels before as he has never forgotten how he was treated while he was breaking into the business.

When he was asked about Kurt Angle in a Marathon match in the future, Michaels said, "I think it would be wonderful, but like Triple H and HBK I think you've seen a lot of Kurt Angle and Shawn Michaels so you might want to let it rest for a little while. Although there are some fans who, because Kurt and I have delivered each time we've been in the ring together, that pure wrestling fans don't get tired of us. But with Kurt going to Smackdown, it will probably be quite some time before we hook up again. It has been a joy and it has been a lot of fun to not only wrestle each other, but get to know each other. Again, we've been able to create something special and that was important to him, it was important to me, and like Triple H/HBK or Flair/Steamboat, we've established the fact that anytime you put us in the ring together, it's going to be something special, and there aren't a lot of guys you can do that with. I'm proud to have been able to have the opportunity to do that with him."

The same video of Shaquile O'Neal and Carlito on WWE.com aired on ESPN's late-night edition of Sportscenter tonight. The SC anchors made no mention of this Sunday's Royal Rumble PPV. However, they did make a joke about Shaq's road to WrestleMania.

Rick Rude and Ernie Ladd are being added by Jakks Pacific to the WWE Classic Superstars action figure line.

A new match has been added to this Sunday’s WWE Royal Rumble. WWE Cruiserweight champion Kid Kash defending the title in a "Cruiserweight Invitational."

HBK Taking Time Off After WMania, Stacy Keibler, & More

In the Miami Herald features an article with Shawn Michaels. In it he said that after WrestleMania, he wants to slow down his schedule in order to spend more time with his family and that he's made WWE aware of that. He also noted that he doesn't let his children watch the WWE. When asked about how he was holding up physically, Michaels said that was tired and sore but fine physically. Michaels added that his WWE autobiography didn't get much publicity behind it, pointing to the fact that it was released just prior to the holidays and during a period where WWE was doing a lot of overseas touring. In regard to the current storyline with Vince McMahon, Michaels commented, "Vince McMahon and Shawn Michaels were going at it long before Vince McMahon and Stone Cold Steve Austin ever came on TV. So this was something that has just made its way to TV. I don't know if it was anyone's idea because it was something that goes on in our real lives on a fairly regular basis. I've always enjoyed bringing aspects of my real life to our show because for me I don't consider myself an actor. I'm not very good at that kind of stuff. If I don't do something that I'm not familiar with, it's not going to come off very well.'

WWE Champion Edge is calling a lot of fans homes with an automated message reminding them to order the Royal Rumble PPV tomorrow.

On Thursday OVW champion Cappotelli had the biopsy on the tumor doctors found, no word of any results yet. This past Wednesday, Cappotelli was at the OVW TV taping in Louisville, Kentucky. Fans who were in attendance that spoke to him said he seemed to be in good spirits and was hoping for the best. All of us here at the site wish Matt nothing but good thoughts during this trying period.

Stacy Keibler is on the cover of this week's TV Guide in an insert photo from "Dancing With The Stars." Stacy Keibler tied for second place this week, so it’s likely she’ll be continuing on in the competition.

Royal Rumble Match- Triple H

I don't think its going to be Triple H cause I see him getting a title shot no matter what at Wresltemania. I think they'll pick a Smackdown star or a one of the suprise slots to fill someone in to go after Angle if he makes it to Wresltemania with the belt.

As for Edge/Cena I really don't care who wins, I don't like either of them, Cena has worn out his face value and Edge sucks at being a heel without Flair to help.

In an interview with Mike Mooneyham of the Charleston Post and Courier, Shawn Michaels said that he wants Bret Hart to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

"Honestly I wish he would," he said. "Whatever it is that's keeping him from coming back - it's hard to believe it's still gotta be me - but if it is then I won't go. He ought to come back and end his career on a different note. Right now he's single-handedly made himself famous by being the Survivor Series guy and the bitter guy. I would want him to close his career differently. So if took me not going to the banquet to make that happen, I'm fine with that."

Michaels also said that he and Vince McMahon managed to get over the Montreal incident by confessing their parts; Bret has yet to do the same and consequently cannot get over what happened.

He also talked about how he gets a hard time from Hulk Hogan and Bret Hart about not living strictly by his faith:

"I am extremely flattered that after four-and-a-half years of being a born-again Christian, that everyone expects more out of me and my walk with the Lord than they expect from themselves. But I, too, do the best I can."

Michaels has made himself look like a prick soo much of his career that all these ditch efforts to make himself feel better about himself are probably a good thing, even if they are for face value.

Hart should end his career with a banquet and induction into the Hall of Fame, I know it would make me happy.

As for this:

ohhh memories

Mick Foley Pranks The Rock

I remember that, it was halrious. Wow I miss those two.
