I agree 100%. The ending would have been perpect had the army not showed up. Heck, they could hav ended it right before "something" comes out of the mist while he's standing there, but that damn army showing up killed it.

I mean, I "got" it...but it still fucking sucked. That whole movie sucked.

I love the movie up until Lewelynn is at the hotel talking to that woman in the pool.everything after that is complete dog shit and totally ruined the entire movie.

Fuck Hollywood and the Oscars for making that best picture.There Will Be Blood was 1000x better and probably should have won,but in my opinion,Into The Wild was better than both and Sean Penn continues to get ripper off at the Oscars.
