Wireimage are thieves WTF!?!

So I like the the HQ pics of models like vicky silvstedt and nikki ziering etc. I join their sites but those really dont fill you up and some of the personal shots have 20 shots of their favorite dog or brother or some bull$hit.

Anyway I lay out the 75 bucks to join wireimage they have some of the best shots of them with clothes on (hey as long as its sexy). But they wont let me SAVE THEM? Since when do you pay someone 75 bucks to look at something, what a racket! Then they have some stupid watermark taking up the bottom 20% of every pic so all the leg shots are screwed. They have a way you can "update" your membership to professional and save and get rid of the watermarks so i request it through their email system never heard back from them. what a ripoff!

am I missing something here or is this satans corporate earth entity? i know there are some competitors out there not as well stocked as wireimage but do they allow you to save or print images?

I would pay $75 to see those robberbarons $hit their pants after those pics were napsterized :thefinger

I've never heard of that site, but from what has been written here, I certainly will not look into it! If you pay for a membership, you should have unlimited downloads, no watermarks (or small, unobtrusive ones), and you should not have to further upgrade. That's bullshit.

Another thing -- the membership costs $75?!?! Per month? That's VERY pricey!

Interested in hearing from others that use those promo photo sites there are a few others out there like Retna, Zumaphoto and celebrityphoto, the pics are excellent and very sexy sometimes i thought for 20 or 30 different dames all in skimpy redcarpet pics 75 bucks was reasonable, until the WireImage nazis wouldnt let me download or print!

anyway any one else has horror stories from Wireimage HELL? or know how the other celebrity photo stocks are?

a free URL 2 Images format ultility. You can really f*ck wireimage with that !! So them no mercy.

By the way, they ripped you off cause they know there's nothing you can do! Huh? What are you going to do? Call the cop? Put them on news that will drag you along?

hey spectator very cool . . . you can save them there (but they have you open the pics in a java popup window, wonder if that program lets you save like that.

Have you used this program before alot spectator? It looks like it lets you ENLARGE pics . . . it lets you enlarge thumbnails to near fullsize? Wonder if there are programs that allow you to enlarge thumbnails to near fullsize. . . hmmmm

i developed this way to take a tiny thumbnail and enlarge it to a megapicture without any pixel loss or focus loss . . . BRILLIANT!

actually i haven't but maybe i should . . . or should find out if there is a program like that
