No. You can use any recording device you have available (phone, cam, camcorder, digital camera w/record feature, other tablets that actually have cameras in them, etc) to make the video.

I haven't checked my email this morning yet, but as of yesterday there were no entries. Truthfully I don't think we'll start seeing any until next weekish.

Honestly, I think if it's an obvious parody it'll be ok. I mean if the Diesel SFW porn parody was OK with screaming and moaning then a sock puppet peter north should be fine. Though you know...moaning sock puppets are pretty sexy.
