Why do people eat animals?

"Have you ever seen a healthy-looking vegetarian? They look like sh!t! They're all gaunt and yellow. After a while, their bodies become intolerant of other things. I'll give you an example. I was out to lunch with a comedian friend of mine, and later in the day he said, and I quote, "I feel nauseous and I have a headache. That soup I had must have had beef broth in it." Your system's kickin' back broth? You're a manly man, aren't you?" -- Ron White

Half of the worlds population is predominantly vegetarian just 'cause they cant afford animal protein. They live, they work, they reproduce and are healthy enough considering their living conditions and environment.
Chauvinistic comments like........
"you would fall sick in 2 weeks eating a vegetarian diet"
or
""Have you ever seen a healthy-looking vegetarian? They look like sh!t! They're all gaunt and yellow.""

Yes my friend I have seen hundreds of thousands of healthy looking vegetarians.
Travel to the Southern Parts of India and you will see them too.

just shows how ill informed and chauvinistic, some of the people who post here, are.........

If you don't eat your meat, you can't have any pudding! How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?!

I thought it was "If you don't beat your meat..." That makes more sense: you can't spooge unless you've had some physical stimulation first. :dunno: :rubbel:

Because it tastes good :drool2:

:goodpost:

I try to limit my red meat intake, but chicken and turkey are lean and good sources of protein. I don't bash people who choose not to eat meat, I just get a little sick of SOME vegans trying to act like they are better than everyone else because of their eating habits. :2 cents:

Why save the world, when you can rule it?
No industry is :(
Sadly true. :yesyes:
YMIHERE, the apes are almost like people.

Or should I say that we are almost like monkeys?
If non-anthropomorphic animals are so nice, explain the following:
A cat playing with an animal it has captured, killing it slowly.
A pod of killer whales that kill a baby whale of another species, only to eat the tongue and lower jaw, then leave the rest behind.
The wasps that lay eggs within caterpillar, which then hatch within the paralysed caterpillar, enabling the wasp larvae to eat the caterpillar alive, resulting in immense suffering.
Apparently hippos are of the pig family. Imagine the bacon you could get off those cunts.
Wouldn't catch me anywhere near one of those fuckers.
They cause more fatalities than any other animal in Africa.
Even the King of the jungle.
Even Ullysses31.

Hey Maria! I haven't seen that one yet but it's on my list! I have always been an animal lover but was taught that you need animal protein to be healthy. Which I am discovering is not true! I don't eat eggs, I only do soy milk and yogurt, I am still eating a little bit of cheese at times and chicken/fish maybe a few times per month. And I've rediscovered some delicious foods that I haven't had in years...tofu, kale, quinoa, etc. I feel so much better and it hasn't been as difficult as I thought it would be. I also am switching all my household products and beauty products to cruelty free : )

I get that often, but you can plenty of protein from Veggies. Just ask an elephant or gorilla. :)

Gorillas are omnivoreish than people think. Not only will the eat things like ants, but they will even occasionally eat other smaller primates.

I don't know if what you gave is a good example. Besides other animals are designed to eat different things and be more efficient with them. Cows also get large by grazing, but if we tried that we would probably die, or at the least have a very unpleasant experience as all that grass tried to go through us. Humans have had meat as part of their diet since we existed. Considering we had it before we developed any type of agriculture it probably played a bigger development in how we are than things like grain and other mass produced vegetable matter we have today.

Meat is not necessary to man and you have to remember that animals also have heart, eyes and emotions.

What about the feelings of those vegetables, fruits, and nuts that you eat? They came from a "family" of trees, plants, roots, etc. How dare you take their children from the vines, branches, and from the ground. They too have emotions, feelings, and cry out as you pull those tomatoes off the vine.

:rofl2:

By the way... the Indians have a word for Vegetarian: "Lousy Hunter."

:rofl2:
