About 3 years ago the union I'm a member of started a lawsuit on my behalf against a former employer of mine because he didn't want to conform to the collective labour agreement for small shipyards and also because he didn't pay me enough according to the collective labour agreement. My case was thrown out in civil court so we went to the high court wich completely overturned the civil court ruling. The judge ruled he was bound by law to comply with the collective labour agreement and he has to pay me the rest of the money I should have gotten plus interest and a fine. All in all I have about 18.000 euro's coming my way
