What's your least favorite game system of all time?

There were some really bad one's from the 80's like the Atari 7200 and the Odyssey(forgot who even made it).I would have to say the 3DO,CDI,TurboGrafix 16 were all bad but the worst had to be the Atari Jaguar. There slogan was "Do The Math" because it was a 64 bit system, but did they even do the math themselves, because their games didn't look any better than Genesis or SNES?

Anyway, you can include handhelds in your opinions as well like the Atari Lynx or what ever.

Sega Game Gear. Sega's answer to the Gameboy but only had like 3 good games and was even bigger.

Conspiracy...
What no poll?

Wait a minute here. :nono:

Odyssey was the first game system I ever had and it was good for the technology at the time. I wish I still had it.

TurboGrafix 16 was good. I might have to get one.

Sega Game Gear, I still have one.

Sorry, don't really know how to use the poll feature.Tried it before and it wouldn't work for me.

Atari 7200 was one of the first major systems to bring video games into households. Without it and the 2600 or whatever other iterations there were, we wouldn't be where we are today with video game technology! Sorry I don't know much about atari, but I know they were pioneers!

As for the jaguar. Never mind the fact that the system was what $800 and the games were all $200 for it. No wonder it never took off. Considering that now a days we bitch when the new games come out and cost $60!

I've got to go with the game gear as the worst ever too. Shit color and a real battery killer!

I think you got some facts mixed up.The Jaguar wasn't $800 nor it's game $200.

I believe you are thinking of NeoGeo.

The Atari 2600 was definitely the catalyst for all gaming systems today(not necessarily a pioneer,I'll reserve that for Pong) but the 5200 and 7800 (sorry, typo)were pure shit.

NeoGeo was a fuck up from the word go,if you ask me.The console was ridiculously expensive as were the games, and to top it off, good luck trying to find one.I only knew one person who had one.The only real positive thing that I can say is that the home version of the games were pretty much a %100 translation from the arcade version, which was pretty much unheard of for the time.

Turbo Grafix 16. I got one on sale at Toys 'r' Us in 1995 for twenty bucks and thought I had a deal on my hands. But goddamn that thing sucked.

I thought that the best feature of the TurboGrafix 16 was that you could use the exact same games for the TurboExpress, but the games just sucked so it pretty much was a moot point.

Yea, that's what I was thinking of. My fault!

Sega CD. No support for it at all, although I did enjoy the game Rise of the Dragon when I was a kid. Snatcher came out for it to, although I never got to play it.

Only game I liked was Silpheed, everything else I played was pretty much garbage. The funny thing about it is that it pretty much paved the way for all games today being on disk instead of cartridges. It was kind of ahead of it's time if you think about it.

ehh Sega CD was alright..had some decent games..or better versions of most the cartridge ones (Mortal Kombat and Eternal Champions) comes to mind..and dont forget sonic cd :D

but..hmm..the least fav of all time...might have to go with the PS3...at the moment..

some of you might be like "Zomg PS3 IS DA L33t" but imo...its boring..

let me explain..

they ripped the logo/font off of spiderman movies (beh..its an eyesore..)

they had no creativity in the home screen (an exact ripoff of the PSP menu)

the controllers had no rumble but motion sensors..alright..this might have been a good idea if they made the rumble ones first and the motion ones later for people to buy as a seperate controller if they felt like playing those motion games :X,

to backup their 'bad-move' by removing the SixAxis one from system bundles and putting the rumble ones back in..basically saying to everyone "Sorry We've Fucked Up"

The only thing PS3 has going for it is that its really quiet..and blu-ray..:X..why buy a 1000$ blu-ray player when theres "!" a PS3 heh.. and maybe later on some very top notch games..which probably will go to 360 soon anyways >.>

anyways..my favorite systems are SNES, and Dreamcast(so sleek...mm..)

I do own many consoles even the new ones but I prefer the SNES. The games were better and the Graphics are still funny. They dont care about realism just about fun and in my opinion thats the only thing that counts.

The Sega Dreamcast. Though right now it's looking like the PS3 will be my favorite system when this gen is over. I do so much stuff with it. It almost replaces my mac.

The dreamcast was actually a great system too, it was a shame there was not enough support for it.

The Atari ST was the worst machine i ever bought.

Anyone remember the flop that was the Virtual Boy?
