Oh man, food poisoning is the worst! I've had it twice, both from pork, once from ribs and the other from bacon. At it's peak, I'd be running off the the toilet to throw up or make diarrhea every 15 minutes. I'd also have to get out of bed to make a run for it too. No likey.

I have IBS so alot of things can give me diarrhea. Dairy gives me problems so I limit myself to how much dairy I take in. Particularity anything with cheese give me the shits.

I have a diarrhea once a month it seems. Don't know what causes it though. I've been told that I don't get enough iron and some other nutrients.

That could definitely be it. I know taking too much iron can cause constipation so I imagine not enough might have the reverse effect. Try taking a flintstones vitamin everyday. I am 26yo and I still take one flintstones a day.

I used to have the same problem. A few tips: Chew your food and don't eat fast and get more fiber in your system.

Taco Hell can usually mess me up pretty bad as well.

For me if I binge out for like 5-7 days, when I come down I am on the toilet.

Other than that, a really bad, greasy taco in the morning and a cup of bad coffee with extra cream.

Had a Swanson Hungry-Man Mexican TV Dinner and a 32 ounce coffee this morning and the diarrhea was like red hot molten lava. Had to jump in the shower because it couldn't be wiped clean with toilet paper.
