It was exceptional!

Really? I was disappointed and thought it was flash over substance. It lost about $100 million (when you include marketing costs) so the public didn't really care for it. The critics gave it only 2-2 1/2 stars and I thought that was a little generous. It's an ok thriller until they get to "Tomorrowland" then the plot goes to hell.

The Rocketeer (1991) based on the Dave Stevens Comics and clearly based on the low buck Rocketman serials in the 30s. I really enjoyed it when it came out and still do, don't know why the public gave it a weak attendance.
