The director's cut is even better! I've watched it 3 times now! Once in Maximum Movie Mode which is pretty cool!Watchmen: Director's Cut

Not to be picky, but I am going to be, but its called Let The Right One In. I agree its a great movie. Its next on my Blu-Ray purchase list!Just saw a great Swedish vampire movie called Let the Good One In, which was absolutely fantastic. If you've been disappointed by vampire coverage over the past...uh...how long has it been since Interview...? That was the last good one I can remember, anyways...anyways, if you haven't seen a good vamp movie, I suggest this one. Its got a great, pretty kickass girl vampire in it! Fuck Twilight~!! lol

I was talking about the horror film made in 2007, which is also set to be released on dvd this October. I think you were getting confused with the two films "Trick or Treat" and the other film "Trick 'r Treat", which have nothing to do with each other whatsoever.
You're not wrong. The movie is more thematically similar to the novel (& Burroughs' work in general) than a straight adaptation which would be pretty much unfilmable.Naked Lunch (1991) - Not bad, I have the book around here somewhere that I've never read. Maybe I'll give it a read through to see how close it was. Although I have my doubts as to how close it was to the actual text. But I could be wrong.

I watched Hitch last night. I know its an old movie but it was pretty funny.
Tammy
Yep, its part biopic (eg the writing of the novel, & the infamous 'William Tell' incident) part adaptation of the novel.Yes I was having that thought when I wrote the post above. I'm not a Burroughs aficionado but I have read bits and pieces and I'm sure you're correct.
Heavy Metal
Not so much a film, but rather a collection of animated short stories revolving around an evil green ball.
Killer 80s metal soundtrack. :banger:
